Ordered a dog bed in late November / early December . No sign of it . Multiple messages sent to them . Keep saying it’s in transit . No refund although I have asked . I will never use them again. Really poor customer service bordering on fraud

I ordered a cat carrier which is not fit for purpose. Quality is abysmal and it can’t even be assembled.

They tried to offer me 20% off otherwise I would have to return to China. CHINA !!!! I bought this from a website that states this company is registered in East London.

My last emails have been ignored so reported to my bank and will take the matter further if I do not receive a full refund

Ordered a dog bed, when it arrived it was several inches smaller than advertised and the base had a big flat patch with no padding in it. Otherwise ok product, but be warned their London address is admin only, if you want to send anything back they will demand photo's, ignore the photo's and then tell you to send the item to their warehouse in China at your own expense before they will 'consider' refunding you.

The item I ordered was not as advertised, what is shown on the website is clearly different to what is sold. I have tried to obtain a refund but the company haven’t responded to my emails. Would avoid.

Like most other people I believed this company was based in the UK and that I could return my products (which are super poor quality and not worth the money) if I wasn't happy as they have a "30 day money-back guarantee". It turns out that I myself would have to return them to China, which their customer service don't recommend but they will give me 20% back of my money. Such a scam company, avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all costs, would give 0 stars if I could. The dog coat took over 4 weeks to arrive, with no reference to this lengthy wait on the website. (Probably from China, but again, the website alludes to UK company). After a couple of weeks the coat has broken, the customer service is appalling, no offer of replacement or refund as the product lasted just beyond their ‘30 day returns policy’ to get them off the hook. Terrible service, terrible quality, terrible delivery. AVOID.

I wish I’d read these reviews before buying what I thought was a Joyelf orthopaedic pet bed! It’s a flimsy small bed and not very good quality. Certainly not worth £46.
I’ve just emailed company to see what returns procedures are.... didn’t expect it to come from China !!

As per the previous reviews I believed buying a product from a UK based firm .
Ordered a dog coat after checking the size guide .
When it eventually arrived 4 weeks later the sizing is so inaccurate I could hardly get it on my dog
Took photos of the size guide and the coat with a tape measure on it to show the inaccuracies and requested a refund and also not willing to pay return postage due to this
I have emailed 3 times so far and just get the standard response not actually received a reply so far
I will now pursue my refund via PayPal

Terrible terrible company. My items never got delivered and they just kept sending the same generic email that it was in its way and that it was my responsibility to now find the item through Hermes. Thank goodness I payed via PayPal and managed to get my £54 back as they kept ignoring my email that asked for a refund. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered 2 water bowls for my cat - the product is good and as expected. However, for the price paid I am a little disappointed.
In addition it took over a month to receive the order - having read reviews on here ahead of leaving this review, it seems this is a common issue (shipping delays).

I likely wold not chose to purchase anything further from Present pet.

Amin Souami, I would have given you zero stars if I could, you are running a complete scam, through your various websites, I will not be resting till I shut you business down for good, I had ordered a cat carrier and in the 5 minutes that knowing that this was a china shipment I cancelled and sent you email, but you have ignored all my communications and now do not want to refund me as to your own terms and conditions, you phone line has never worked too, like many nice people of the UK, we are not going to stand these types of behaviour from a company that has no ethics (if we can call you a business man at all, Crook more likely), please please people avoid this company like a plague and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere, I am sure that Clearpay is on this too, as they had also washed their hands in helping me getting my money back, I am in discussion with my bank and the CAB that represents now the trading standards, to stop this fraudulent company in screwing other honest people here.

I ordered extra warm dog coats from what I thought was a Uk based company Arrived, extremely poor quality, very thin. Emailed several times before a response and told to return to China st my own expense. This is a scam company and I hope PayPal get my £54 back. AVOID

Purchased a dog coat via website like many others believing this was a UK based company, tried to cancel order literally 5 minutes after making order to which the next response i had was 2 days later saying cant cancel as already shipped. Absolute nonsense !! As I got the tracking information another day after that email, I informed them I shouldn't have to pay return costs for something I have tried to cancel within minutes of ordering , to which they said we do not recommend sending back to CHINA ! And could be damaged in transit, yet its ok for it to be sent to me from China? What !!!! What kind of customer service is that, offered 20 percent discount on £34.99 dog coat which am sure will be off extremely poor quality if and when it ever is to arrive , still no change on clear pay balance, nor a response to my emails saying I am not happy with the discount and do not want the coat !! I have contacted clear pay and will be going to trading standards next . If you are a new company then I suggest you get your customer service sorted before you don't have customers at all !!

I ordered a dog bed for my very large dog, according to the tracking it has travelled further in the past few weeks that I have in the last 10 years. I know the tracking number by heart as I've put that into the tracking check more than I've put my NI number onto application forms . If I ever get this bed, the dog will probably be dead from old age. This company really needs to sort out their customer services. Don't tell me your going to e mail me back when you don't and who puts a phone number on their website which has an answerphone message. I want to talk to someone and ask where my b°°°°y dog bed is!!!

Scam company, further to my previous review I had two replies . One telling me to give the dog bed time to settle or put in tumble dryer !!!! Then a second telling me I can return at my own cost to CHINA . I doubt this is legal in trading standards laws as I bought in good faith from a uk company therefore I should return to them and they return at their expense to their supplier. I did not order or take out any contract with China and especially now we are in a pandemic it is irresponsible of presentpet to send goods around the world especially knowing they are very over priced fir such bad quality. This is the con , you buy from a uk company then realise it is rubbish but sending it back to China is not cost affective. They then said they will refund half which as I paid through clearpay I have paid about £37. I replied stating if they send me half of that , £18, then I accept that as the goods are not worth more but I have cancelled future payments through clearpay with my bank . So far no reply but I will contact my bank for a full refund via a merchandise dispute and I suggest anyone who is having problems getting refunded do the same

Ordered pet stairs for my puppy to get up to the sofa, thought this was a UK company but on tracking it it turned out it was coming from Hong Kong! 3 weeks later it finally arrived and it was only wrapped in cellophane. Foam stairs wrapped in cellophane and not boxed, completely squashed and mishapen. Absolutely shocking for the price and the wait. We have now received some much better steps from Amazon same day delivery. We also ordered a WiFi camera from PresentPet to watch our pet - it only works if you are in the same building as the camera! So totally pointless as we want to check on our dog when we are out of the house. I have gone onto the website to look again at previous reviews, and the reviews for this camera are actually for a totally different camera, so I feel like I was lured into buying something it wasn’t. Have emailed with photos but haven’t heard back.

I wish I looked at the reviews here before I bought something from this place. This shop is incredibly misleading. It presents itself as a shop based in the UK with good customer service but that couldn’t be further from the truth. My item took nearly a month to come all the way from China and when it finally did it was the wrong size, and now no matter how much I hassle them for a refund I get no response. I will be taking this higher to make sure I get it back but I urge anyone not to get any products from here, it’s an absolute sham.

I ordered a calming dog bed, believing like others it to be a UK website. Obviously that was a lie. The order took weeks to arrive, but I kept hope that it would be worth it once it arrived (it wasn't a cheap bed).

However, once it finally arrived, the quality was unbelievably shocking. The stuffing in the base is so poor and lacking, you can feel the floor through it.

I emailed weeks ago regarding a return, but emails have gone unanswered.

Don't waste your money.

I ordered and received, albeit somewhat late, a large size cave bed for my standard wirehaired dachshund. She immediately loved it and buries herself right inside, taking her favourite toys with her! It is soft and cosy and I am delighted with it! Thankyou for an excellent product!
