I first dealt with Marcelo through eBay as he was listing a watch I wanted through Prestige Watches on the eBay site.
Marcelo was always very quick to answer my questions and enquiries which, as a potential customer, is a reassuring thing.

I didn’t ask him to but he very kindly sent extra photos and even a couple of videos of the watch to my WhatsApp number.

Im fortunate enough to live within driving distance of Marcelo’s office and told him in a WhatsApp message that I’d be willing to pay him a visit to actually view the watch prior to purchasing. This also did me a favour too as I didn’t like the idea of the watch being in the courier system.

Marcelo agreed with me and a time and date was set.

I wasn’t nervous about meeting Marcelo at all as we had previously spoken on the phone. He’s really easy to talk to, he’s friendly and makes you feel quite at ease.
I arrived at Marcelo’s office nice and early and he was there to meet me.

He immediately comes across as someone who’s not just selling you a watch but someone who could easily become a good friend. As he says “I’m here to make friends not just customers “.

We had a good chat for nearly an hour and I thoroughly enjoyed meeting him. I walked away a happy chap with a beautiful Rolex which I’m still admiring now!

Please don’t be in any doubt about Marcelo’s credibility and trust. He knows his watches, he’s passionate about them (see YouTube) and he’s a great guy to meet. I’d happily buy a luxury watch from him again, in fact he’d be the first person I’d get in touch with.

Marcelo is the ultimate professional. I asked him to help me sell my watch. He took great care in listening to what I wanted out of the deal, explaining the process, the markets and also the costs involved. I have found Marcelo to be very knowledgeable , professional and helpful in finding me a new Rolex watch to replace my existing daily Rolex . He turned a very poor experience with official Rolex main dealers ,who told me I would have to wait 2 years for a new watch and the price would be subject to further annual price increases ! They did not care about my custom . A quick net search connected me to Marcelo who was able to supply an unworn new rolex to my specification with no premium price add . He took my old rolex in part ex and , as I live about 200 miles from him , he travelled and met me half way to conclude the deal . It’s the type of personal service that is not common today and I am sure I will come back first to Marcelo ,on any future watch requirements .
