My family and I have just come back from a glorious week staying at Villa Andrea!
As a family we totalled in 7 flying in from 3 different countries. The Villa is absolutely gorgeous and allows everyone to have so much space and freedom without getting on top of each other, as well as amazing group spaces to come together. It really is quite something!
Big shout out to Gerry, Angela and Arthur the Main team who could not have done enough to make us feel more welcome as well as give us the inside loop on ALL things happening in the local area. We also hired our cars through them which was significant cheaper than going with the main rental alternative. We had the BEST time!
We'd also like to mention that on the last night of our stay my Mother required paramedic medical assistance and Gerry and the team could not have been more accommodating during a scary time for us all given the circumstances and were immediately on call to assist us all. Unbelivable! They also followed up in the morning to check we were all ok!
I cannot say enough good things about our time and experience during the stay, suffice to say, we WILL be back for sure!

Villa Andrea is a fantastic spacious house ideal for families or a group of friends. The pool, gardens and games room are fantastic and you can't but relax here.
We were met by Arthur on our first day who spent almost an hour with us showing us around the villa and chatting to us about the area and advising us on the best places to eat. Porto Antico and Dolca Vita are a must.
Gerry popped in later on our first evening to see us all (our group were arriving at 3 separate times) to make sure we settled in well.
The Villa is situated in a quiet area 5 minutes from the Coral Bay strip and 5 minutes from Peyia. A car is a must but again, this was organised for us before our arrival by Gerry.
Our group ranged from age 9 to age 83 and the Villa was perfect for us all.
I must make special mention to Gerry for the incredible support he gave us on our last night. Having phoned Arthur to ask for the villa postal address as we needed to call an ambulance for my mother in law who had a medical emergency he immediately contacted Gerry who organised everything. Gerry then arrived at the Villa and dealt with the paramedics so that we had no language barrier issues.
Thankfully my mother in law was discharged from the hospital later that night. Gerry then called over the following morning to see how she was and to say goodbye to us all.
The service we experienced from Gerry Arthur and Angela was 2nd to none and I would highly recommend you use Prestige Bookings for your holiday in Cyprus.
We will be spreading the word amongst family and friends.

Outstanding villa for vacation with family and friends! Spacious in both the front and back, has space to grill, many spots to hang out even on the balconies and even has an excellent equiped pool table and a ping pong table. Plenty of machines and kitchen tools,we even made a cake with the tools the kitchen had! Highly recommended for people who are willing to stay home and have a blast with all these different things that the house provides.

Villa was great again and Gerry and Team are always on hand if you need any help or advise

Gerrymandering and his team are absolutely superb at their jobs , nothing is too much trouble for them , if you want it they can do it .we are definitely using them for future holidays.

We booked a family holiday with Prestige Holidays last November after reading good reviews. As there were 12 of us we opted to book two villas side by side which had an adjoining door between the two pools. Unfortunately we found out a couple of days before we were due to arrive that due to an error in the booking system, one of the villas was double-booked. It was such short notice and quite upsetting as we had waited a long time for this family holiday. However Gerry managed to find us another villa but this was a few miles away so we had little choice but to split. We found this second villa to be not of the same quality that we had first booked so went back to Gerry as we were very unhappy. Gerry came to see us and offered us a nicer villa for the rest of the holiday and although still not near each other, was much better. We do have to say though that Gerry and the company were very apologetic and did their best for us, including making sure we had extra sunbeds, parasols, crockery etc so we could all still be together at one of the villas, not to mention helping us move and make sure the rest of our stay went as smoothly as possible. It was an unfortunate blip with change of the booking system but I would still recommend Prestige Holidays

The villas were excellent and absolutely ideal if, like us you were travelling as extended families. Both villas have all the amenities that you would want and need, they’re very spacious, the views are lovely and the area is quiet and private.

Walking to the town took about 20-25 mins at a gentle stroll (less than 5 mins in the car) and there is a well stocked supermarket in the same location. The staff who look after the villas were reallly friendly, attentive and provided excellent communication at all times from start to finish. We would, without hesitation visit again. Everyone we met and dealt with in the area and on the holiday were great.

Our stay at Villa Andrea was a lovely experience.
The villa is amazing and had everything we needed for a relaxing at home feel family holiday. The villa was well equipped for all our needs. The swimming pool was just perfect with lots of room for sunbathing around the pool area, plenty of loungers and towels all supplied. In addition a poolside shower room and toilet saving the need to go back into the villa. The outdoor dining area perfect for socialising, we used at all mealtimes, also making use of the barbecue. The surrounding gardens extremely well tended with various shrubs and herbs plus a lovely grassed area.
The villa was spacious affording everyone a room and bathroom of their own. Plenty of room not to get under each others feet, and quiet areas to spend time on own if wanted. Location of the villa ideal shops etc. just a taxi ride away. Prestige were very attentive and nothing was a problem, any issues, just a couple were addressed in person and resolved immediately. We have already recommended to friends etc. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

We have fabulous holiday in the Oniros Villa.
The villa is well presented, modern and spacious.
The pool is lovely and inviting in the hot weather.
We got looked after from arriving to leaving by Gerry and his lovely Team

We stayed at Villa Andrea as a group of 10 friends. The villa was immaculately kept and all rooms were spacious with plenty of cupboards and wardrobes. The grounds and pool area were fabulous and the BBQ was put to good use during our stay!

A couple of minor issues were fixed promptly the next day.

We all loved our stay here and would definitely recommend to friends and family

Is the second time staying at Chronas Villa. After 4 years and two of Covid pandemia for sure is difficult to maintain the same standard/investment. I still give 5 stars for location (near Coral Beach) and helpful hosts (Angela and Arthur) who compensates (if) any minor inconvenience.

We stayed at Aretousa Ena, the Villa was absolutely amazing with a beautiful sea view.
The rooms are very spacious and were extremely clean. The area is very quiet and peaceful, also we have a great time at the superb pool.
Gerry, Angela and Arthur were very welcoming and made us feel very good. Special place, special people!
Everything was top class!
For me and my family was the best holiday ever.
We will definitely be back soon.

We had stayed at Villa Eframia Ena (previously Aphrodite) seven times before as the Villa is placed so well for its closeness to the centre of Coral Bay 1KM yet so quiet and peaceful. After our last trip we decided it would be our last as the management of the property was dire and the property was showing signs of wear and tear. On planning a trip back to Cyprus we came across the Villa under its new name and new management (Prestige Bookings) I gave them a phone and they said that we would not be disappointed by the changes they had made if we were to return, boy were they right. Prestige put in all new white Goods including full renewal of the air con units in every room, beds, indoor and outdoor furniture and many other things on top of full decoration. The staff from Prestige were so so helpful and could not of been so pleasant to deal with.
We are home now and will 100% be booking this Villa for next year through Prestige.

After several Villa holidays from package companies who could not provide accommodation during the Covid era, we discovered Gerry McMahons website.

So glad we did.

Absolutely superb villa experience, the best we have ever had, and well worthy of the 5 stars on the company logo.

Customer service from Gerry, Arthur (and Angela in the office) is simply first class - everything was no bother, from late night pick up to personal touches and help, these guys have customer service wrapped up with a bow on top!

Superb villa, utterly spotlessly clean, everything we could have wanted and then some.

I'm not naming the villa as we want to return!

No less than FOUR cleaners turned up with Arthur midway through our stay - this guy gets stuck in too, and has a great sense of humour to go alongside his friendly manner.

Pool cleaners and gardeners turned up to keep everything tip top, and mentioning Prestige Bookings and Gerry in many places will even get you a discount!

Brilliant app to help with the holiday, full of useful info too!

We wish we could have stayed - best Villa experience we've ever had, Gerry was excellent and great craic too!

We will gladly use Prestige Bookings again - absolutely brilliant from booking the place to day we left, some bigger companies could learn a huge customer service lesson from these guys..

The villa was amazing with a beautiful view of the sea!!! The restaurant next door provided a unique opportunity, it was like having room service throughout our stay. Stella, the restaurant owner, provided great tasting meals as well as pleasing drinks. Quiet location with fruit trees & herbs to choose from the villas garden. Prestige staff members were very prompt & professional. We will be visiting again!!

The manager was very helpful and any little issues we had were dealt with extremely promptly, the weekly clean was done within good time and we found the villas to be well equipped. Loved by all the family from young to old especially the large pools and outside areas! We will be booking with you again in the future!

We stayed in Villa Avyanna for a week and had our wedding at the villa. The view from the villa is absolutely spectacular and was probably my favourite thing about it - who doesn't want to wake up to a beautiful view?! The Villa was very big and had everything you could need, the pool was stunning. Our wedding day was amazing because of the wonderful setting. Gerry was super helpful when we got to the villa and showed us how to use everything- very handy as lots of tech! Gerry was happy to help with anything we needed and we used the app lots for different things including finding a Dr for our 3 year old daughter. Gerry also gave us a complimentary late check out and put a bottle of prosecco on our table at Oniros to congratulate us on our wedding which was very kind. Only minor issue was that the hot water was occasionally hit and miss. Other than that, an absolutely unforgettable holiday!

It all started 3 years ago pre Covid. We booked a villa through the villa group and all went well until Covid ! The first year Gerry agreed to roll over to the next year which was much appreciated. Before the second year was ruined by Covid Gerry contacted us via the villa group to advise that the villa we had chosen was no longer suitable due to building work very near to the pool area, so he gave us the chance to alter the booking, which we did. We chose another very nice villa and hoped that would be it. But Covid had other ideas and again our plans were scuppered. This time Gerry was understandably unable to be as generous but still agreed to give us a credit for half of the booking cost despite very short notice of cancellation. We took up his offer and asked to roll over the booking again but the chosen villa was not available for rent the following year so we chose another. Villa Luxor. This time we finally made it and what a delight it was. My wife and I visited Paphos in early May and Gerry kindly agreed to give us a guided tour of the villa in advance of the whole family arriving in late May and we loved it. So did the tribe when we all came back for our 9 night stay in late May.
We met Gerry’s wife Angela at the designated meeting place which was really easy to find and she took us to the villa and ran through alarms, safe combination etc. and left us to it. The weather was as good as expected and the villa itself is massive. The pool is huge as is the area around it with 10 cushioned sun beds and a fabulous BBQ with sink.
The beds were comfy with free air con in all bedrooms. I believe there is a charge for using the downstairs units but you don’t need them as it stays cool enough. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped but what was missing, we simply mentioned to Angela and either she or her son delivered within a very short time. Everyone at Prestige wants to help you enjoy your stay and we really appreciated that. Gerry popped down to say hello which was nice of him and the app that they provide is full of useful stuff.
There are 3 restaurants within walking distance. We ate at 2 and can certainly recommend both. Sea Caves Tavern and Nature. We didn’t try the other one. The taxi firm Gerry has a link to from the app were great as well. They have a 10 seater cab and are both prompt and cheap. We used them to go into Coral Bay twice.
It was lovely and quiet at night with great views and a great sunset and there are so many places to sit and chill out in the evening including the huge balcony upstairs which also offers great views. There is a fridge upstairs as well as a sink and cupboard space.
All in all we loved the place and hope to return in the future. If we do we will certainly be using Gerry and the team at Prestige Bookings, who we thank for finally getting us to a villa in Cyprus.

Got to our villa (Estia)and were met by the rep, showed us where everything was, as we got there late in the evening we asked Gerry to put some beers in the fridge for us, you excelled, cheers Gerry. Villa suited us well and was in a good location. We had a problem with a leaking pipe, following a call to Gerry it was quickly sorted, pool clean, apartment clean though a little tired, great next door neighbours, we will be back.
