We had a great buying experience with Ellie. We told her what car we were wanted, she sourced one straight away and the process from start to finish couldn’t have been easier. She kept in touch constantly giving us updates and sorted out finance without a problem. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough .

They didn’t bother to follow up or inform me about selling my 911. I had to chase them three times. As a seller, the experience was poor overall. The only positive for buyers is their finance options.

Cracking experience buying my BMW. They did such a good job in the prep work - not a scratch on it. Delighted! Dan was awesome and helped the process move hassle free. Slight delay on original pickup date which is the only reason for 4 stars.

Bought a car from Mr ISAAC MENDEZ in half an hour car had a problem I was stuc on motorway start calling this gentleman he wasn't helpful at all with his permission we got the car to local garage I've spent 342 pounds on the car he asked me to send the bill after that I tried my best to contact him but he's not answering my calls, texts. I am going through CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU to sort this they r not trust worthy 😕 I've paid by bank transfer to business account named MENDEZ PRESTIGE LTD and the gentleman I dealt with his name is ISAAC MENDEZ.

Dealt with Charlie whilst on the search for a new car and he was brilliant! Extremely pro active, explained everything very clearly and was really helpful throughout. Would 100% recommend. Thanks :)
