Very disappointing service, I rang Prestige Healthcare, to ask for advice on the size I would need for the item I wanted to buy, they suggested medium. Unfortunately, this was too small. I needed to exchange it for a larger size. The original postage was £6.95, I had to pay the return postage, which was £5.09, I then had to pay the postage on the exchanged item, which was £6.50. In total I have paid £18.54 for a very small item that shouldn't have cost nearly the same in postage as the actual item itself, which cost £22.80. An appalling service, and I will not purchase from them ever again.

I recently got some YDA trainers. I struggle to find comfortable but stylish footwear.

First class treatment from Robert at Prestige Healthcare. I was in extreme pain due to Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction. Robert suggested an orthotic and shock wave therapy which have worked reducing my pain considerably. I am so grateful and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

It was my first experience of ordering from this company, and I was very impressed with the prompt deleivert of my new Dr Comfort training shoes, they fit perfectly and exceptional value.
