Dyson has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish during the whole process.The level of honesty with the way he conducts his bussiness transactions and communication has been great.The whole importing process is a breeze with him.He has a tonne of experience and you can see that with the way it all comes together.The price estimations quoted were all on the money.Love my car and cant wait till the second one arrives.

Just want to extend a massive thank you to Dyson for finding and delivering out my unicorn 1999 Toyota JZX100 Mark II. Three other import agents told me they don’t bother looking for these cars anymore because they’re hard to find in good condition as I was aware of. I called Dyson and the man delivered. Took delivery not too long ago. If you’re looking for someone that knows their craft, has all the right contacts and stays with you every step of the way then drops your car to your doorstep with everything handled this is your guy!!

I recently imported a JZX100 Chaser from Japan through Dyson. I was searching for a high spec, low km car which many other importers told me was next to impossible with the standard of car I was looking for. However, from my very first phone call with Dyson, he told me that even though it may take a while, he would eventually find what I was looking for - and so he did. The process from start to finish was effortless and the communication from Dyson was top notch throughout. For anyone that is looking to import a car, I simply couldn’t recommend Dyson and Prestige Imports enough.

Overall a positive experience. Slightly different to the long standing importers as you are much more involved in the process. This starts the night prior to the auctions on which cars you’d like looked at / auction sheet translated.
I’m sure you can opt for this to be done by the team, only giving the nod when cars have been inspected.
The one and only downfall is if you are importing option specific cars, this may be missed due to no fluency in Kanji/Katakana

The compliance work was a little disappointing but this is outside of their control

Very trustworthy and easy to work with, either purchasing his vehicles or importing cars. Handles everything for you from documents, compliance to rwc. Highly suggested if purchasing imported or sexy cars

Had a very bad experience with Dyson, the owner, and the car he imported for me. I was assured of many things that turned out to be completely incorrect about the car. He has told me that if he helped out with half of the issues he faces, he would be bankrupt. So be careful. He is completely denying any assistance with numerous issues faced with a car he helped import. I only asked that we review and agree a fair amount of compensation matters re small amounts of money relative to his $10K fee. He is being zero help, and has washed his hands of it. Lost all trust in this person and company.

Being someone who's sceptical of nearly any service provided on the internet, I was completely unconvinced by the idea of having a car imported from overseas. However, talking with Dyson from Prestige Car Imports online and meeting up with him directly cleared all doubts in my mind. He clearly and coherently explained everything down to the base level for me, even when I asked the most whack questions at times. I picked up my Toyota Crown today from compliance, and have been loving it. I really appreciate Dyson's service and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to import a car. All in all, it's been a fun process and I'd love to import more cars through Dyson again in the future.

Recently enlisted the help of Dyson to import a dream car of mine for the collection, a 91 Honda NSX. From start to finish he had it all covered and came through with the goods. Would definitely recommend

I was put onto the idea of importing my dream car from Japan by my son in law who was also doing so at the time.

So, I started discussions with Dyson to find me my Lexus ISF I always wanted. Communication and answering of my sometimes-silly questions were prompt and effortless.

However, when it came time to start paying for things, I was very cautious and extremely anxious (In this SCAM world we live in). So, before I departed with my hard-earned money, I searched a previous review for Dyson, and got in contact with him directly and asked if all was legit and above board. Which he assured me it was. After feeling a lot more comfortable about the process I decided to purchase my Lexus through Dyson.

Throughout the whole process from searching, to purchase, to shipping, to compliance Dyson has kept in contact and provided answers to questions when asked. I also had no complications with local licensing requirements.

I am happy to say, after patiently waiting, I now have the keys to my car and could not be happier.

So much so, I have already ordered another car for myself and a 3rd car for another family member who wants to experience what I already have.

If you have any hesitations (which is to be expected), then take my word for it and put your trust in Dyson & Prestige Imports. I recommend them based on my experience personally 100%.

Finally the day has come, I have my DREAM car... That's all thanks to Dyson from Prestige Car Imports. I called Dyson on a Tuesday afternoon back in October 2023 not thinking he would be the guy to do it. I had tried going through a website to purchase a low km mint condition Forester STI. But I was getting blunt and short responses to emails and wasn't offered an inspection. However, after interrupting Dyson eating dinner, which again i'm sorry for that Dyson haha. We had a good chat on what I had been doing and that I had chosen a car already. Dyson proceeded to get his best inspector in Japan to inspect the car for rust, damage, etc. Car was in mint condition. The next day I put the word to paper and went through with the car. And now after a couple months of patiently waiting it's arrived. I've gone through Compliancing and Registering the car and it drives like its brand new. And that's all thanks to Dyson. Anyone reading this if your into cars and in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend looking into the import market Dyson is the guy for the job! I couldn't be happier with my dream car. As it was my first time trying to get a car imported, the unknown process was very worrying to me, but Dyson made the process such a breeze and got everything sorted, without me having to do anything except pick a car. The quality of car i got was exceptional and for a much much lower price than market value, he and his team are truly professional. Highly recommended if looking to import!

Great customer service, easy to get along with and gave me great advice. Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I had and was always there to help/update me through the whole process. Highly recommend for all importing needs in and out of Australia.
