Please do not waste your time and money on this company. All of them (SIM / MANNIE / SUNNY ) are thieves. They damaged my property and have rectified it to it's original state. They have taken full payment and now are ignoring all text and calls. It has taken me more than 5 months for someone to come and actually look at the damage but still not properly repaired. Spare yourself the stress and hassle go to someone else.

I had a kitchen fitted by prestige Kitchens and bedrooms (192 PASADENA CLOSE, for identification). It was quite expensive. But the workmanship is poor from this company. Sometimes these things happen, but what separates a good company to a bad one is the after care you get. And unfortunately, this is where prestige kitchen fail. There is apparently no warranty with any of their installations. After they have gone that's it, they never come back to fix anything, no matter how minor or major the issues are. For example, in our kitchen we had these issues
1. Rotating carousel hinges are in the wrong place, so does not rotate properly
2. Doors that won't close.
3. Door that was damaged by installer not replaced.

The two people I tried to get things fixed with, Soni and Mani both repeatedly tell you they will come, but never do. So, if you want aftercare with an expensive kitchen, you should avoid Prestige Kitchens and Bedrooms, go elsewhere. My sister had a kitchen fitted they repeatedly came back to fix all issues, I am sad I didn't go with that company.
