My experience with this letting agency has been an absolute breeze and a pleasure. From the initial viewing of the property to moving in to dealing with any issues they have been helpful and fast in their responses. So far so good and I honestly can't recommend these guys enough!

A smooth transition into our new home. No requirements to attend loads of meetings to sign off paperwork as this was all done online which was perfect for us. Only issue we've had is a delay in getting the shower fixed whereby we were left without a shower for 2 weeks which isn't ideal especially as a shift worker.

As a new landlord I found working with Prestige Estates very easy. They made us visit the property, discussed the market, regulations and lots of other things whilst also answering all our questions professionally and efficiently. Once I decided to use them to move ahead they were fast and advised on all the extra services I may need. It was great.

So far so good with Prestige...Swift service when required for dealing with queries and problems.

This was my first time using Prestige Estates and I have very little to complain about. The process was thorough and quick and communication was good every step of the way.
I would absolutely recommend.

My previous experiences with estate agents hasn’t always been positive, so my feelings about calling Prestige and potentially embarking into a contract had me nervous.
However my nerves, fears and doubt was totally wasted. From the first call into the office I knew the team were specialist professionals. The viewing was prompt, honest and i instantly started to relax. When it came to contracts, move day and the last bits - again faultless.
Any little issues we had once in the property was also sorted out very quickly - always coming back with a response with 2 hours.
So basically so far so good.
Love our new home and feel we are in safe hands

I have used Prestige for our property management since February 2017. During that time Adam and the team have always provided an exceptional professional service, finding a good tenant for us very quickly. When minor repairs have been required, a quick email to them has always resulted in a speedy response resulting in a good outcome for the tenant.

Prestige Estates were recommended to me by a friend who used to work with them. They have been brilliant. I am not living in the UK so have relied on them to do absolutely everything around the renting out of our flat. I feel completely confident in their hands. They do proper checks on prospective tenants; they check the occupied accomkodation regularly; they alert me immediately to any maintenance issues and resolve them quickly and efficiently without charging anymore than the cost of the work; ssomeone always replys promptly and helpfully to any queries I have and I receive monthly statements showing income and outgoings. I cannt recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Adam and the team.
