Very disappointed as incorrect container delivered first time, had to wait another three days for correct one. Also was charged for the mistake. When I got my furniture delivered to my new house the guys were fantastic.

This is the second time Prestige assisted us in moving house and I must say Vince and team has really surpassed our expectations. We arranged for new furniture to be stored with them over a few months and it was very challenging to say the least as Prestige guys had to receive the goods on my behalf. There were a few times when they informed me that some goods were not in good condition etc so that was fantastic. Vince was extremely accommodating and helpful, no request was too difficult. The 3 guys who did the actual move itself on a Saturday long weekend ... WOW … they dismantled and assembled furniture and were all very cheerful, very professional, very very strong and very quick 😊 all my (succulent) pots made it with hardly a scratch. Thanks guys!

From my first inquiry I felt I was in good hands. Vince was professional and knowledgeable he made the process very easy. The guys who collected our furniture were pleasant and moved quickly. We needed to have our goods held overnight and my requested collection and delivery times were accomodated. Again the delivery was completed smoothly. The whole process went off like clockwork.
We would definitely recommend Prestige Moving to anyone needing this type of service.

Nice guys, bit rough with furniture and found few bits missing or loose

The two men that helped me were extremely polite and efficient. Nothing was a hassle for them to move and every time I remembered another item they were obliging, displaying positive body language, which reduced my stress levels. They were very careful with all my belongings and paid extra attention to items I marked fragile, which there were many.
I cannot recommend Prestige Movers highly enough.

Very helpful staff and everything was completed on time and the guys were very helpful. Recommend them 100% and will surely use them again for our next move.

Prestige weren't the cheapest removal company but I went with them because of good feedback. The decision was a little naive as it wasn't until they started packing that I was made aware they do not have insurance for any damaged pieces of furniture which, to me, indicates there is no real incentive to pack things properly in the first place. I was disappointed with the way they packed our belongings even after I told the packing guys I didn't care if it took an hour longer, I just wanted it packed properly so as to reduce/eliminate damage over the 300 klm journey to our new house.
When it was unpacked, it was concerning to see the manner in which our furniture was initially packed. The packers all worked very hard and were nice and polite. We unfortunately sustained minor damage to several pieces of expensive furniture. and major damage to several pieces of inexpensive furniture.

Very helpful removalists I would recommend their service to friends and family. The two chaps moving our furniture went the "extra mile".

The guys were friendly, organised and efficient. Everything was moved safely. Only issue was cost slightly higher than expected. Will look into this.

We highly appreciated the work, attitude and people skills of the three gentlemen who assisted our move on 23 March. Also their good humour and amazing work ethic, both of which made our difficult moving day a success.

Still cost us over $600 for a much shorter move but the boys were great themselves

Moving six, yetI had a great experience both moving out and moving in that these guys did for me. Their boys were super efficient and so helpful. The admin team is effect and easy too. I highly recommend them they must have their systems and people right. Well done Prestige Moving.

It is indeed a pleasure to use the Prestige Moving company for the efficient way they conduct themselves. The removalist came on time and were very pleasant and organised the furniture in a caring and efficient manner. I have only ever had one removalist for the last 30 years. Unfortunately he wasn't able to accommodate on this occasion. After googling and reading reviews I came across Prestige Movers. After speaking to Vince from Customer Service he was able to convince me that Prestige were the ones. I have to say they exceeded all my expectations. They were efficient and polite. I will definitely have them again. Well done!
