Excellent service
Excellent service, stickers came as expected and were of really good quality.
Mentioned i was at a show in a couple of days and they ended up sending them out 1st class which was awesome as I wasnt expecting it!
Great customer service too, emailed and got a reply same day.
Will be using them again when I have a refresh look on the car!

Sorry one of your stickers didnt stick. Get intouch and we can see what we can do. Bad vinyl batches isnt common but not un heard of. We dont know theres a potential issue unless people tell us, as some colour we install less than others, so sometimes we miss batch issues.

AVOID at all costs!!
Shocking customer service. I complained regarding a graphic they sent, as it was no where near what I asked for. Avoid at all costs, truly shocking company. Graphic looks naff and they said no refunds.
REPLYING TO MESSAGE: Please check your records again. I do have emails from you, James, so nice try to defend your company. As I said, AVOID THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.

I have to prove nothing, even in your latest response, not customer friendly. Ends of the day, your company sold me a duff sticker and you refused to refund me, that’s the bottom line. Stalk much? My previous reviews are all companies, just like yours, who deliver

Hi Rory,
Apologies for the delay and inconvenience. Your item was made on Sunday (we are also closed on sundays) when you ordered, and dispatched Monday afternoon. It should have been delivered by Friday but I presume with the heavy snow we had locally last week caused delays and also storm Isha this week.
I see with the tracking number the item was delivered today.
Once it leaves us we have no control over shipping. And royal mail doesn't offer any other info, until its attempted delivery, and no updates or follow ups until 10 days after the due date. (Though we are looking into other shipping options this year)

Hi, I'm sorry you had and issue installing your sticker. We only use quality 3-5 year vinyls, or better, and use the same vinyl on daily basis installing the same graphics and Signage branding etc to vehicles. If you contact us we can see where it went wrong and a possible resolution.
