BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
My experience with Prestige Productions was extremely disappointing and financially damaging. I invested a significant amount of money trusting their wholesale product sourcing services, expecting legitimate products, proper documentation, and reliable support.
Unfortunately, I encountered serious issues with products that raised Amazon authenticity and brand authorization concerns. These problems put my Amazon seller account at risk, and I ultimately lost my store. I also lost the money I invested, and I did not receive a refund.
What made the situation even worse was the lack of communication and accountability. When these problems came up, I tried to get help and find a solution, but my attempts to reach the company went unanswered. I could not get the support I needed to resolve the issues, and my financial loss was left unaddressed.
If you are an Amazon seller, especially a beginner, please do your due diligence before trusting this company with your money. Do not assume that wholesale products are automatically authorized by the brands or safe to sell on Amazon. Independently verify brand authorization, supplier legitimacy, invoices, and all documentation before purchasing anything.
In my experience, the service did not deliver the level of protection, transparency, or accountability I expected. I would not recommend proceeding without independently verifying everything and understanding the risks.
I am sharing my experience to warn other sellers. Protect your business, your investment, and your Amazon account before making the same mistake I did.
