I first met Stephen when I found his company randomly on the internet.
I was looking for a home in Cyprus, but had no real idea where.
After some long conversations about my needs and budget we pushed forward and booked a flight to the island.
On my arrival I was met by Chris. He was fantastic. He picked us up every morning at 9am and dropped us back at 6pm after all the viewing.
We did this for four days and covered most of the island.
We eventually decided to go with Olias Homes in Paphos.
Even though I’m well into stage payments now, Stephen is still in contact, and any small issues I have had, he has sorted out.
People talk about horror stories about buying abroad, and we were very wary, but everything has gone extremely smoothly, Stephen even organised the lawyer who is handling the property purchase and permanent residency.
I honestly can’t recommend Prestige enough, they have made a very stressful move extremely simple.

We first contacted Prestige Properties earlier in the year as we had been looking to purchase a holiday home in Cyprus. We contacted many agents and Prestige replied quickly, listened carefully to our requirements and provided details of suitable properties. As we were planning a trip out there Stephen arranged for us to meet Chris who is based there. Chris took us to a development and arranged meetings with the Developers and was very thorough and helpful. We did put a reservation fee on a property and are awaiting construction. Back in the UK Stephen has worked with the developers on our behalf and has been so helpful and brilliant at communicating. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective buyers. Great service and knowledge.
