I had the joy of working/ talking to Hannah who was super helpful and lovely. She always rung when she said she would and there was constant contact, never left waiting or wondering. I first spoke to Hannah on a Thursday and by Monday I had been for an interview and been offered the job.

Hannah & Emma have both been so helpful & understanding in helping me find the perfect job for me. The process has been so easy!

I recently had the mis-fortune to deal Hannah and Emma two of its consultants who I were so far up their own bottoms neither were interested in my experience of dealing with them even after I telephoned to give the feed back.
I am a 55 year old woman struggling to navigate through menopause as well as looking for a new job. its not the greatest situation I've lost confidence in the ability to do roles I could once do standing on my head, I also have anxiety so finding my next role has to be with the right company.

I appreciate everyone's menopause journey is different with there own set of challenges. It would be marvelous if recruitment consultants could be trained in understanding these difficulties as I believe lessons could be learned from my experience yesterday.

The majority of my working career has been in accounts I have also worked as an office manager as well as other strings to my bow.
a recruiter contacts me as they think I will be a good fit for a role they are recruiting for. I am have a perfectly nice conversation where I inform her of my recent struggles an they seemed to understand until they ask if I want an accounting roles or Office management to which I respond I have no preference as I do not wish to be pigeonholed. she responds she is not trying to pigeonhole me, she then asks me why I have gone from working as an office manager to accounts which then makes me wonder if she has read my CV so I ask genuinely as I'm thinking she must speak to lots of people n mixed me up with someone else, with that she responds that she cannot help me and ends the call leaving me wondering what did I did wrong.

I call back to speak to a manager and then the manager her mate who also wasn't interested an makes me feel even worse than I did before they contacted me by not even listening to my experience.
Neither would not even take my points on board so well done ladies for upsetting the rest of my day and stripping away a little more of my confidence.
