I cannot explain the review based on a car repair company. I doubt if this is the same Company.

I used Prestige Services to install a replacement oil boiler for our heating and hot water.
Alex and Andy were our engineers and I would highly recommend them for the professional way they handled the task in hand and how they coped when unforeseen issues arose.
They were polite and kept me informed at all times of the progress of the job.
They were tidy and were well equipped with all the latest tools to handle the installation.
They had a good knowledge of the latest safety aspects of handling this project.
So I would highly recommend Prestige Services, who gave me a competitive quote and delivered a first rate installation.

For over 10+ days not finding a simple quote to get my car repaired.

BEAWARE of LIES the customer service tells you when you call for an update.

1. So far worst experience. Car taken for repair on May 24th.
2. On May 29th called: I was told a quote to repair will be provided by end of the day.
3. On May 31st called x2: I was again told a quote to repair will be provided close of play. THEY LIED, NO QUOTE.
4. On June 3rd called x2: Again I was told quote will be provided close of play. THEY LIED, NO QUOTE.
5. On June 4th called x2: I am again told I will get a quote close of play today, on 2nd call I am told I get a quote tomorrow *MayBe*.

Every single call lasted from 15 mins to 45 minutes.

I have school going kids, one having GCSE and other A levels exams. School runs costing a fortune already.

Will I ever use or recommend Prestige Services? I will never use them let alone recommend them. NEVER.

They yet to give me a quote and I to get my car repaired and returned to me. UNBELIEVEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Awful company. There electrical tester found a fault with the lights in my shed told my wife he would have to turn them off he didn't only turn the lights of but turned the sockets circuit of which is a different circuit in doing so killed 1t of my show japenese koi as we thought only the lights were off. No help from the director she was extremely rude an offered no sympathy

Very reliable, honest company who've always done excellent plumbing work for my parents.
