This is the email sent by this company to me. I won 1200 pounds after paying with 400 pounds, no the started their verification shit and refused sending me my withdrawals. Now they want my credit card details to steal from me. They are scammers and the UK police should look into their activities.

This company is a scam. They do not pay out winnings and when I won on a bonus, they claimed I’d breached terms and stripped a full £300 away from my account. It is pathetic, with the ‘VIP Managers’ all in on the act.

Scam don’t put your money into this. 8 weeks of back and forth trying to withdrawal my winnings of £350 only to have it stripped from my account and denied saying I’ve broke there terms and conditions so my winnings have been void. Apparently you have to bet a certain amount per spin to claim your winnings. Doing a £1.50 spin then winning a jackpot of say £350 means your going against there terms and conditions and can not withdraw the amount. They gave a breakdown of the fractions needed what I would have included but the chat would not let me copy their reply.
Also like other comments here customer service is horrible in trying to get a reply.

1. You can withdraw €400 maximum this will give you £333 because exchange is so high.
2. You gonna be very lucky if you wait 36h and you get withdrawal accepted. Usually is technical error and you need to wait another 36h. This people hoping you just play through your balance waiting for this withdraw.

This is by far the worst casino I have ever played. There is no chance of winning and they don’t allow you to self exclude. They bombard you you with emails texts and phone calls and are not registered with Gamstop. Please do not spend any money with them as there is literally no chance of winning.

Do not play on this casino you will never be able to get your money. They keep your winnings for 36 hrs and then a further 8 to 10hrs to then reject your winnings saying its your bank not accepting their payments. If you actually ring your bank they will tell you they haven't rejected any payments, this site should not be touched by a barge pole. They use the same automated messages telling you to make a new withdrawal and then make you wait a further 36hrs+ to then reject it all over again. They even stated to me in chat ""We always told that we can not guarantee that each withdrawal can be processed"" so there you have it, that's them saying you ain't gonna get your money out of this site.
I won 1200euro and had to end up rejecting any withdrawals as I was never going to get the money!!

I think the casino site has ceased to exist. They've been offline since Monday, and I'd already had weeks of hell trying to withdraw winnings, with various excuses and complications being cited each time they "encountered a technical problem". I called customer services and the guy who answered just said "hello?" (no mention of Prestige spin) and he didn't seem to know that the site is down - plus I could hear voices in the background, similar to if you rang someone and they were at a family gathering. Typical this happens when I've got a balance of around 4,000 Euros ready to withdraw and no way of getting it now! Very suspicious practice, and strong suspicion that they have been taking unauthorised transactions from my bank via a sports apparel store in Kazakhstan! All cards now blocked, and an investigation is underway. AVOID at all costs!
