Awful experience so far, it has been 8 working days since I have ordered and I am yet receive as much as tracking number. Parcel has not even been dispatched yet according to the order confirmation page. Would absolutely not recommend

Came across Prestige Titles on social media, so decided to give it a go. The process was simple and easy to use. Very impressed. Brought myself a Lord title and one for my son. Mine has already been useful. After weeks of trying to get a refund from another company with no luck, I sent an email with my Lord title at the bottom, and hey presto, I received my refund. Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 lady titles the same time and paid instantly but took 2 weeks to get them delivered only to find one in the envelope! It takes them 1-2 days to respond to emails which is ridiculous. Both should have been posted together so now I am unlikely to get the other one by Christmas. I am fuming! They are quick enough to take your money but take forever to post your titles out and then mistakes. Not happy!

WOW...what a fantastic idea for a gift and from ordering it on line to receiving it, it was seamless! I was recommended Prestige Titles by a friend and I'm so glad.
