Remarkable quality, but the best feature is the 24/7 Competent Customer Support. Their CS blows away boutiques 9-5 wait on hold service. M 5811 is remarkable. I am the type who reads every detail before buying and the information available helped a lot. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but the watch itself was excellent quality. Overall a really good experience and I would consider buying again.

While the team was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the transaction, the product itself was a different story. I was specifically seeking a "Clean Factory" build, but the watch I received was mislabeled. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the piece did not meet the factory specifications promised and was essentially a lower-tier substitute passed off as a premium build.
I was fortunately able to secure a full refund, but I want to offer a word of caution to the community: Do not take the listing at face value. If you purchase from this source, I highly recommend taking the timepiece to a professional watchmaker to have the case back opened and the movement verified immediately.
Otherwise, you risk paying a premium price for something that lacks the internal quality and craftsmanship you’re actually paying for. I appreciate the responsive customer service, but the lack of product integrity is a major red flag.

Great AP Offshore Watch, bit expensive, but the qualty is worth it.

Another watch from Prestige Watches.co and I must admit that even being vigilant and extremely meticulous in examining the new watch after the upheavals affecting the Southern China manufacturers I can't find a flaw! As always Prestige kept in contact, did exactly what they promised to do and even the delivery of the Yacht-Master was ahead of schedule and trouble free.

Watch is very high quality. The delivery time took a little longer than expected, but wasnt really a problem. I would definitely recommend this company.
