Despite removing myself from the subscription service because of big increase in price, and unsubscribed from emails. This is the last in many efforts to “rate my experience “
As you can probably guess, I am not impressed.

Original order was delivered incorrectly by Evri and not received, Presto did eventually replace this order.

I had initially thought that part of my order was not shiped and contacted customer services, who imediately corrected the problem. The coffee beans are also very nice and I've been ordering them now for over 12 months.

Excellent coffee. Some issues with delivery that were partly my fault but we resolved them and I’m happy with the espresso I get from the house roast. Thumbs up!

Weve used Presto for a good while now for all our family coffee needs. Beans for home, and bags for the office, in various blends. Good prices, great flavours, reliable deliveries and low impact packaging. Great job Presto.

Not bad coffee, but I ordered two bags and both were about a month past the roast date. Was hoping for something within about a week of roast date for a delivery service.

The coffee, I knew to be excellent as I bought it previously from another source, but decided to go direct to the company. Excellent customer support, but severely let down by EVRI - my order, placed on 7th December was finally delivered on Christmas Eve afternoon!! The website says that they use DPD or Royal Mail - I just wish they had!!

Love this gentle, tasty decaf coffee and just found out it’s cheaper buying direct than on a famous online retailer’s subscribe and (don’t) save 👏🏻 . Really speedy & cheap delivery too. I’m very happy 😊

I thought twice about ordering any coffee during the post strike but we were in need of some. I am glad I did make an order as the coffee was delivered the next day.

Repeat customer, great coffee. Not 5 stars because of courier Evri. I placed an order with another business on the same day who used Royal Mail. Despite Royal Mail being on strike last week I received both deliveries on the same day. Previously Evri couriers have damaged my front door.

Usually the best beans I have had so far, this is the fourth bag I have had, normally 5 stars but for some reason this bag is not up to usual standard.
