Liars, provide false hope

Zero isn’t allowed so 1 it is.
They sent me three emails saying I was approved and I just needed to sign the contract.
When I followed up as no contract was included as stated, they replied back your not approved.
They prey on people who need financial assistance and they provide them with a false sense of security. Telling someone they are approved multiple times to then tell them you lied is insane. What a terrible business practice.

Customer service was great

Customer service was great. Timely responses. The wait time was a bit concerning, as I did wait for a couple of hours after signing the loan contract. Overall this was a very good experience.
