I feel completely misled and miss-sold…
I feel completely misled and miss-sold my Preston pole.
I have saved up for over 2 years to buy my dream pole and after watching all of your ambassadors on youtube I finally purchased the X55. I have had the pole for just over 12 months and since buying it I have had it replaced through angling direct due to faulty sections, I had a section. 7 replaced because of a crack in the pole via angling direct but agreed by Preston as a gesture of good will and now today I have had my section 4 snap clean in two just by simply shipping out!!!!! along with my section 3 snapping in half..... also some of the sections are de-laming on the inside. considering I paid nearly 2k for this pole I would of expected the quality to be a little more. I cannot afford to replace this pole and now because this break today I can no longer go fishing until I can afford a new section. I try and look after my equipment and clean it after every session I do not just use and abuse it. sorry to write is here but I didn't know where else to complain. I just feel so let down by Preston and their products.
