Very happy with this webshop. These products have changed my hair immensely. I thought I had slitely wavy plushy hair, which is immensely thinning and felt almost non existent while getting over 40. I was very unhappy about my hair. But since I found these products 2 years ago, I have gone to wavy and 2 to 4 days after a big shampoo day I even have full on curls! (with in the days following the shampoo, using the co-wash, 1 Minute Miracle Detangler (previously called bye bye tangles and knots) and leave in conditioner. Never using a hair dryer, because then my hair is back to soft plush without curls.
Furthermore, my questions about products are answered very quickly with a happy result. And ordering with Apple Pay makes it an easy order in only seconds. Thanks y’all!

Something went wrong with receiving the package, I was quickly helped in a very friendly way to resolve the issue!
I have used the leave in and the flaxseed gel.
The products smell great and make my hair soft and the products are not too heavy for my hair.
Now I am going to try out the heavy protein crème and ordered the flaxseed gel again because it was great and I think the heavy cream will also be great.
Recommend their products if you want beautiful curls that smell nice :-)

When my order wasn't delivered as indicated but was left in the laundry room—a spot known for frequent thefts—I was disappointed. I was at home, yet there was no doorbell ring. Fortunately, Curly Girl responded promptly and personally to my message. They immediately initiated an investigation with DHL and sent a replacement package without hassle. Within a few days, I had my products in hand. I truly appreciate that.
My hair had always been a point of uncertainty. As the only child in the family with curly hair, I never knew how to manage it. Then, I decided to visit a specialized curl stylist who sayd i need to use Curly Girl. The stylist cut my hair dry, and provided clear instructions on how to care for my hair at home.
The result? My curls are softer, more resilient, and naturally defined. Even without an elaborate styling routine, I receive regular compliments.
What stands out the most is how my self-confidence has grown. My curls give me a sense of femininity and strength. Those few extra minutes I spend daily on my hair are absolutely worth it.

Change in curly pattern
For some reason my curl pattern is much looser and flatter after exclusively using this line.I used the reset shampoo, deep
conditioner, conditioner , leave in and magical flaxseed gel. I can’t say which product has caused that. My volume is gone, my curl pattern is very loose. I have stopped using this line and will be shifting to other products.
Ps, the leave in conditioner used to be creamier ( did not experience any change in my curl pattern while using the creamy consistency). Newer consistency is runnier than the past, and despite the company having replaced the product, I am still experiencing this change. It reminds me of my time using deva curl products in 2017 and it took me 3 years to recover from that.

I bought the PCG mint shampoo and I am…
I bought the PCG mint shampoo and I am so disappointed. While it smells and feels amazing, the product is lumpy and hard to dose. Due to the consistency it is hard to get out of the tube (blocked) or too much comes out. The avocado conditioner needs to be left on a long time, and the step 3 leave-in conditioner had a runny consistency. I had expected it to be more of a cream. I won’t buy this again and am even doubting to continue using these products.

As for the Avocado Conditioner and the Step 3 Leave-In — thank you for your feedback! The conditioner is indeed richer and works best with a few minutes of soaking time, while the leave-in has a lightweight formula, designed for finer hair types. Delivery issue rapidly resolved
There was a stock issue with one of the products I ordered which caused the delivery to be delayed. I contacted the Customer Service via Whatsapp and Monique kindly and rapidly offered my a great solution. I received my order the next day.
