Great experience at Pretty Eccentric.
I brought a fabulous mother-of-the-bride outfit.
Alana was very knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect outfit.
I purchased a hot pink sequined flapper dress at Pretty Eccentric for £179. Later that day I found the identical dress on Amazon for £38.
I went to the store to get my money back and they refused - exchange only. The shopkeeper was unsympathetic and terse. To add insult to injury, the dress I exchanged it for was £10 more and she actually charged me.
They have these dresses all over the shop in different colours. For a nearly 5x mark up!
Unless you like to get ripped off, AVOID Pretty Eccentric in Brighton.
