First time purchase from this company. Ordered dress for my wife. Delivered on time. Well packaged. True to size. Fit is excellent. All good. Customer service good.

Excellent service and products. Beautiful range of dresses. Arrived on time and were well packaged. Ordered a selection as looking for something specific to fit with colour palette for my son’s wedding. Ended up buying 2! Returns were simple to do and are free. Refund paid promptly.

Really impressed by Pretty Kitty and their customer service. Items arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I had ordered a couple of dresses as unsure of sizing and colours but ended up returning one and requesting an exchange for the other one. These were both dealt with promptly and efficiently and my beautiful new dress (the exchange) arrived quickly too. I can’t wait to wear it! Many thanks! 🤩 Will happily buy from them again. (Also felt that pricing was very reasonable and good offer.)

Lovely items, and I really appreciated that it was free and quite easy to sort out the returns - I had to order quite a few dresses as wasn’t sure what my size was, and the refund came through with no issues. Definitely will be shopping here again!

I ordered two velvet dress before Christmas and loved the quality and style for an affordable price. They fit amazingly well. Just received another two dresses and I love them too. The despatch was quick. I love the classy, elegance of vintage style without it looking fancy dress. This will be my go too site from now.

Lovely designs and colours of the clothing. Brilliant cuts. Especially round the chest area. First time using pretty kitty definitely want to buy more dresses and possibly other items. The dress I bought even though I got a size smaller (on a diet for a wedding in May) it felt comfortable. Obviously a few more pounds off and will feel even nicer. Gorgeous length. Presented beautifully.

Excellent customer service. Lovely website to browse which reflected in the great quality of the gorgeous outfits. Size chart is a bit scary, I'm generally 14 but had to order a 20 but it was perfect.

I spotted these most beautiful green velvet heels on the site. Perfect for a function I was attending in Ireland. I didnt know if they'd be delivered on time but Lucy in sales was amazing.
She was efficient & very personable.

This is the second time ordering a sequin dress for a Christmas night out. Both dresses have been perfect fitting and looked amazing with so many compliments from people. I will definitely be using again and 100% recommend. A great service with quick response and delivery.

Bought a lovely pair of Green and black plaid court shoes for a Christmas party. Fitted wonderfully and despite dancing all evening, there was no need to 'lose the shoes' before the night had finished. Will be buying more shoes from Pretty Kitty.
Have to add, unfortunately the dress I bought at the same time was too long, but returning it was easy and the refund quick.

Not quite the quality I was expecting for the price. The coat arrived and as I was putting on two of the buttons fell straight off. I told customer service was offered 10% off next order. I reattached the buttons and the next day another one fell off. Three days later I now discover there is a hole in the side seam. I would actually like to thank the customer service employee Lucy for the genuine communication and speedy responses.
