Delivered quickly, perfectly made,

Despite checking delivery date when placing the order, the order has not arrived. Chased multiple times and still no item. Replacement promised but not arrived and when asked for tracking number same one as first order given! Has any item been sent? I am beginning to wonder...
If the item arrives, I will update. Otherwise it's one star only.

Great customer service..sent me proof of my order to make sure it was how I wanted it to look .. I have bought from them twice now and the products have been amazing ... delivery is a little slow but so worth it .. good things come to those who wait !! A lot cheaper than Vistaprint and personally I think you get a lot for your money I will be ordering again for my business and loyalty cards ❤️ Thank you so glad I found you..x

Really disappointed with the service. We cannot speak to anyone and the response time on emails is days rather than minutes, nevermind hours. We placed an order with them on 9th December, had to chase as it was promised before Christmas, and to date - 6th January 2020 - still have not received the order.

We relied on their promise of delivery and have had to push pack the launch of our Loyalty Scheme because Pretty Little Creations have not/cannot deliver on time.

Delay... i wait for my calendar 1 week longer. and calendar is too dark... they change my words which i wanted have on my item from polish to english too!

not good service, long waiting for delivery

Fantastic service and quality. Easy to use with great communication throughout. I didn’t check the brightness of the image properly so it was slightly dark When recurved but that was my fault. I was just pleased they could do what I wanted as I’d searched many sites that were either charging far more or it wasn’t doable. Overall I’m very pleased, as were the greatgrandparents. A*

Products were excellent, 1 was missing from delivery so had to wait for it to be sent out special delivery. Email was answered quickly.

Product was good, very pleased with that but a little frustrated with the service. Seemed a bit disorganised to me.

I ordered a calendar, product is offered with first class delivery. This is the second week after placing the order and still no product delivered.
You don;t have the option to phone them so you either have to send them an email or get in touch with them through live chat. Done both of them and asked to wait longer, I waited longer and still no product. Now I don't even have a reply to the email... Don't recommend them , if you want a product where you don;t have to waste time trying to contact them and waiting maybe someone will reply then I strongly recommend you guys to go somewhere else.

Fabulous picture puzzle & fast delivery

Really terrible experience were communicative at the beginning but then stop replying to my messages. I ordered 50 calendars and received 1 poorly made no what was advertised at all.

Brilliant personalised calender at such a good price - only one I could find online with lots of space for multiple sections to write in for each day. Was sent a draft before it was printed really good customer service. Quick process and delivery. Never used website before.

The cup is a nice quality but the photo is tiny and not what I expected. It was not the size of the proof photo i was sent to confirm I was happy with it.
