Outstanding customer service and communication — our order had an issue with the shipment provider, but as soon as we notified prettylittlepartyshop.co.uk, they promptly sent a replacement order by overnight delivery. The goods arrived on time, turning what could have been a big issue into a not-a-problem. Highly recommend.
