I love PTL! Yes, sometimes the clothing can be too small or a little thin on material. But overall I’ve made several purchases and they fit well and look great!
Great turnaround in returns and refunds. The shopping is fast.

HORRIBLEEE!!!! Still don’t have any tracking info or status of where my package has been for almost a month ! Missed my whole bday too as I didn’t have my outfits!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Clothing it’s cheap, thin, almost always see-through, falling apart and over all bad quality. the styles are cute, and I tend to fall for the pictures of the items every so often and order more, but they always get sent back. now I don’t bother anymore, instead I spend more money on items that will last for 20 years rather than one wear.

Really fast to refund. My item had a stain on it that would not come out in the wash so Louisa on customer support via Instagram checked if it was in stock and when it wasn't refunded me right away. Thanks so much. She was so kind and quick to respond!

I was worried I wouldn't get a refund as only one thing on my returned package got refunded at first. So I got onto PLT customer care chat with Zeshaan and he issued me a refund for everything on the order no questions asked! Really refreshing service as sometimes it can be such a pain trying to get a refund!

decent clothing, but the finishing is awful, it’s literally falling apart, I will still keep it as I do not want to re-order the same shirt again and not have my delivery money refunded, but I will not be shopping from here again. also on the website it didnt tell me it was made of net.

I actually never had a problem with PLT before now. I placed an order but it's missing. This is the first time that it's happened and I've ordered from them multiple times with no problems. I talked to Stacey and Leigh on the uk team I believe and they got back to me almost right away. This was on the customer service Instagram that I messaged. So overall I really like this company the clothes are nice but not expensive.

Do not order from this sight all you get is order confirmation and no orders I’m so tired of this company they make my depression and anxiety high i would not recommend pretty little thing to any one

Got royalty free next day delivery for a year in March and I keep trying to check out my basket now and they’re trying to charge me full price for delivery? Not had access to free delivery for a few days now and it’s not been sorted out!!

Hit and miss

I ordered a pair of floral trousers from them in normal shades, they turned out to be neon.

I got a wine coloured evening dress that was beautiful and the material felt nice however it was ill fitting and kept showing my nipples as it didnt lie close enough to my chest. The material on the bum has now started looking scratched and scraggly from sitting down, this did happen after about a year of regular use though

From my total order what was about 11 pieces I was happy only with gym clothes and bikini top(bra and pants for gym were really nice and comfortable). Unfortunately the clothes have really cheap quality and gloves for gym had even a hole on the side 😏Also the sizes were wrong ..Number 8 in their page is more like M.I paid for next day shipping but still got my package like two and half weeks later.In general wasn’t super happy to spend this money.

Problem Receiving Packages: As Long as they make a Sale they could care less if you get your Package or not. Neither Fed-ex nor the Postal service will leave the package in your mail box or at your home without handing it to you. This is Absolute Absurdity!! Then you are Expected to retrieve it from some far off facility. In Times of Shelter in Place with Covid running to the post office or Fed-ex is very unreasonable!!!

Multiple times I have been home when my PLT packages arrive and the courier leaves without knocking and not leaving the package. Apparently PLT has some stupid policy that it must be handed to you. Do they not have Insurance in case of Loss? Not a 20 karat diamond ring being delivered, Just some low cost clothing!!! Surely they would have postal insurance and tracking!!!! Had to walk 3 miles in 20 below zero temp to get my pkg. I Order all my clothes on line. No other company does this. FYI: Clothing does run Small. I do buy from many British retailers and my size is always the same Not with PLT. Best to size up. Will Never Order from them Again. Customer service is Condescending. Clothing is cute good price, not worth the Headache
