Really look forward to my box coming. Only been using pretty obsessed for a few months but so far no duplicates. They focus on every element of beauty and send more than generic bath washes like other companies tend to do. Have found some firm faves in these boxes that I have added to my routine skin care and makeup bag. It's a nice little treat to me from me every month.

Received a mystery box and one product was DEFINITELY used (lipstick) and a facial oil was half empty with the box bashed. I was left wondering what exactly had been used and not and after no reply via Instagram, Facebook or email I chucked the whole lot out.

Seems there are better companies out there doing the same thing but with MUCH better quality control. All this in a pandemic too! I would not have left this review if it wasn’t for them sending me the link over and over.

This is the best subscription box I've been signed up to, been signed up to others but left them for pretty obsessed, all products are full size and from a range of companies, it's nice not knowing what you're going to receive, reminds of of an adult version of a lucky dip each month, it gives me the opportunity to try different products I turn finding products which work for me, if there's anything I don't think I would use they're great for putting aside for stocking fillers or Christmas presents, made my sister her own box up for Christmas from left over products and she loved it! Would definately recommend!

I purchase the August box 10 items. Called "Luxury", basically I choose the most expensive. Got a deal of buy one get one free. When I received my boxes both were full of Revolution items. Cheap, cheap Revolution items. I complained and they advised that I received a box of lower value by error and they will send another one. It took them nearly a month to do it. I kept receiving emails everytime I complained from someone that works for them calling me "hun" "darling" and sending me kisses. So unprofessional!!!! I understand its a small business but still.
I have received my box and there is 4 Revolution items. That's not a brand that I would consider as Luxury. Sorry but if I want Revolution makeup I will go to Superdrug.... I cancelled my subscription. So disappointed.

I’m a little disappointed. I have not received Septembers box due to Hermes. I have contacted Pretty Obsessed who have now stopped replying to my Facebook messages and have not replied to my email regarding an resolve.

This is a shame as there beauty boxes are great until there is an issue and then they do not communicate with poor customer service.

Pretty obsessed monthly beauty boxes are amazing. I get so excited now when I know one is in its way to me... full sized products amazing products and also great customer service. Love 💕

The boxes every month are always so good!! A little treat to me, from me.

By far the best of the bunch, great products every month, all full size and never get a repeat product from past boxes.

I am so pleased I tried Pretty Obsessed boxes. I get the luxury subscription box every month. The products are full sized and the box is like my present to myself every month. Some products are just not for me, but then I put them aside and pass them on to friends and family. I've been impressed with every box. I just wish that Hermes wasn't the courier.

Really impressed with every box I have received. I switched to Pretty Obsessed from two competitors as their customer service was rubbish and their boxes were duplicates and crud samples!
Pretty Obsessed goes above and beyond on every box and I really look forward to opening the box every month. I’m never disappointed!

I've tried various brands of beauty subscription boxes, and this is by far the best value. Don't think I've received a product I wouldn't use.

The boxes were absolutely amazing really nice boxes the only reason it's 4* is the delivery wait if you order at the end of the month but other than that I was really impressed with the box I got and the free box aswell I absolutely love the lashes that was my favourite item.

Well worth the price for the biggest box, you get so much in there and I was chuffed with every product I got, had a few bits my friends would make better use of than myself so was really nice to be able to pass those on and tell them all about my pretty obsessed subscription

With the content of the boxes also my granddaughter loved the sweets have given my product as a gift for a Birthday Recipient absolutely pleased with her present.. If I could afford to spend money on your boxes every month I'd really love to..

By far the best beauty subscription box I've ever tried, I have been subscribed to Glossybox and birchbox and pretty obsessed boxes beat them both hands down. The size of the products, the brands and the delivery are all outstanding.
