I never received my pd product even when i gave updated address. They don’t respond and when they do it’s computer generated. No phone number they avoid talking to their customers just take our money. Very unprofessional. I’ve yet to receive my refund or product and it’s been a month

Too long and too heavy. Looked great when I first put it on. But in a short time started to pull out. Also the wire is so long! Really, who thought that was a good idea.

I placed an order with prettyparty on Feb 10th..website stated week send follow up email in 3 to 5 business days in shipment.. well.. those 3 to 5 business days have done passed.. as of today 2/20/23.. still nothing. I have emailed them 3 separate times.. no response tried phoning, no one ever answers, just left them a message through messanger.. scam scam scam..I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau..I hope everyone out there reads this before buying!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I did order a great one from AMAZON..

I have ordered before and never an issue. This time I ordered a bundle pack of 3 and received only 1. No answering of calls or replies to multiple emails since arrival of one ponytail. Shame on them!

I placed an order on 11/27/22, I never received any tracking information which on the website says 2-3 days. In December 13 I reached out to them because I still didn't have tracking info. They respond on the 15th to say 1 item out of 6 is out of stock. I asked why they did not ship the rest of my order and still no response after 6 days. Requested to cancel the order. Going through Paypal to get my refund. Horrible Company To Do Business With!

They don't give the product you ordered... they tell you it's back ordered and send nothing!!!
Go to amazon... they have it wayyyyyyy cheaper!!!!!

Ordered two Ruby hair extensions on October 5 never received any email updates and my emails are going on replied. Thank goodness I ordered with a credit card at least I know I’ll get my money back. This is exactly why you never use debit card or PayPal. With a credit card I know I’ll get my money back.

The Ruby is brilliant. I’ve never been able to use pony extensions with just velcro because they always sag… i know you know what I mean. Lol but the bar that runs through the Ruby is CHEF’S KISS. You can kinda pinch it and it pops up for a high pony and stays! I wore it in different styles daily walking the streets of Vegas and pool parties non-stop for a week and it remained in perfect condition! Will return for more!

SCAM!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIPPED ANYTHING! I ordered the Ruby on 10/7/22, they immediately charged my credit card. Never received any kind of order confirmation until 3 days later saying the item was back ordered and that they didnt have a restock date scheduled at this time and asked if I wanted a different item or a refund. I replied back to email stating I wanted a refund. Never heard from this company again. Have emailed 4 times and called 877-587-7889 & 866-389-6629 and no one EVER answers either number. 10/25/22 STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED FOR AN ORDER THEY NEVER SHIPPED OUT.

I’ve suffered tremendous hair loss due to stress & health, my older sister purchased the Ruby for me & it was a perfect match. It made me feel so much better about myself. For some reason the tip broke. I messaged & got a rapid response. They offered me a replacement. So my experience has been wonderful. I have told everyone about this company & will continue to do so. I will be a return customer.

Please don’t buy anything online again, I did bought some hair products, but I did try to return items, but I had been call and leave messages but no one call me back, people out there be careful with this Pretty Party please please

Ordered the Ruby Aug 5th. Apart from a order confirmation email I received no other updates, Aug 17th I emailed to inquire about my order, was told it was on back order and would ship in 1-2 weeks, still nothing and now my emails are being ignored.
All the good reviews are so over the top, I’m inclined to believe they are posted by the company.

I have just received my platinum blonde ponytail, lovely colour and feels nice but does not stay in at all. I've tried high ponytails etc and wrapped the wire around and around tight which I should mention is very long,it sticks out. It literally was pulling my own hair it's that heavy. Disappointed

When I ordered my Ruby ponytail I received an email that said I would receive an email in 1-3 business days with a tracking number. 10 days later no email. I called 2x, messaged on IG, sent 2 emails - finally I received an email saying it was backordered and would ship in 1-2 weeks. I wish I would have known that when I ordered. The customer service is certainly not great. I hope I receive what I ordered - who knows.

I’ve ordered both the Ruby and the Roxy in the color Flamingo and I absolutely love both of them! I’ve been experiencing quite a bit of hair loss due to illness and medications so really loving the appearance of having more hair! For me personally, they don’t feel heavy at all or hurt my head. The quality is great, easy to apply, color is beautiful, and I received them both in a very timely manner! Highly recommend!😊

Purchased hair on may 30th and still havent received follow up tracking in 2to3 days . Cant get any help by phone or email. Just want to know where and when I will receive what I paid for. This company has no customer service support by phone or email. So would love to know how to cancel order and just get a refund.

I absolutely "love" my new Ruby. ( I got the smooth, long layered) so natural looking and very soft. Can't wait to show it off! I had a few exchanges on the colors but the chat customer service reps were very helpful, patient, and caring on trying to get me the correct/closes color to my hair. Would definitely recommend ordering from Prettyparty . I might even decide to get a different style (since I know the exact color to order now:) Thank You Prettyparty

This is the best hair extension! It looks so natural and it's so easy to put through my hair!

Firstly the hair is gorgeous. Really soft and silky. BUT, that’s it! I bought two as I’d heard one would be too thin. Even with two in, it’s nowhere near as thick as just one from other brands I’ve bought, which were a 1/3 of the price. The rod in the hair is ridiculous! It’s so long and just dangles down the back of your head. If you are to use all of it to wrap round and tuck away, then you are stuck with a short ponytail, yet it’s advertised as long. It does go in easy and I found it simple to use. Had it sorted after about 3 goes. But it’s an extortionate price for the thin bit of hair you get and the ridiculous rod that hangs weirdly down the back of your neck. Much better other options out there, for way less money. Shame, as the actually hair quality is the nicest I’ve had. More hair, shorter hair rod please!
