Pretty Pink Princess Reviews 

I ordered 2 bikini sets for my holiday over 6 weeks ago and nothing has come. I have since been on my holiday and have now been back 2 weeks.
When contacting prettypinkprincess I did receive an email response saying something about one of the bikinis being a pre-order & taking a little longer to come but since then I have emailed on 2 occasions and had no response. I have now contacted my bank.

I have used this company on 3 other occasions and had no issues but this time I'm mortified at the lack of customer service and the inability to answer my questions or give me a refund.

I still haven’t received my order 10 days later and despite emailing I haven’t heard anything from the shop as to whether my order has been dispatched or if there is an issue.

Placed an order nearly two weeks ago, paid for next day delivery and I still have not received my order. I’m still waiting for a refund and heard nothing from customer services.

Have shopped with Pretty Pink Princess before, their quality is wonderful, the passion and detail into all products makes it worthwhile. Timely delivery and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend !

I love Pretty Pink Princess. The quality and designs are second to none! They are the only bikinis I take away on holiday with me and some of them are still in perfect condition after 3 summers! Will forever be my go to holiday shop.

I am so happy with my purchase, delivery arrived on the 6th working day so within the time frame I expected. The packaging as always was lovely with a little taffeta bag, I always like the fact I have somewhere to store my bikinis together without getting tangled together. I especially like the message of reusing the plastic bags to be kinder to the planet. The quality of the bikini I ordered is exceptional, as always, and it’s absolutely gorgeous on. I bought this as a post surgery treat to cheer myself up and it’s absolutely done that, as well as reigniting my self love whilst having a bruised, swollen and stitched up abdomen.

Honestly one of the best bikinis I have brought. I have already purchased 3 more which are incredible.
The material is amazing and the bikinis itself are very flattering. Definitely make me feel and look amazing, couldn’t fault them!

I never go on holiday without a bikini from Pretty Pink Princess. The quality of the swimwear is amazing! I’ve had so many compliments on each piece I’ve bought from here. They suit all body types, I’m not particularly curvy but can tie them to accentuate what I have. The packaging is gorgeous and delivery really quick too.

Good customer service. I purchased a bikini but it didn’t suit me, I was supported in returning the item and purchased a different bikini off the site that is really cute.

Customer service wasn’t the best, I had to email around 3 weeks after I sent my none refundable item back for a credit note to see if it was received.

I have been shopping with PPP for years now and I have always loved their pieces from swimwear to lingerie - the quality is unmatched, Timeless pieces that you can keep forever! I absolutely love everything this brand stands for and I enjoy following their Instagram page as it’s extremely uplifting and it stands out from any other brand. I’ve always had excellent customer service from PPP great communication and fast delivery too. My favourite brand over all x
