Fabulous customer service

Fabulous customer service. I bought a dress then realised it had a small fault in the stitching. I messaged Sophie, who replied immediately, to ask if they hadn’t sold the other dress available could I swap it in the morning. Sophie was ready with the other dress when I got to the shop in the morning. Just fabulous xx

Just all round lovely

Always so friendly. Such lovely clothes at a very reasonable price.
Always happy to help guide you when you try on clothes. You always come out feel better & a little lighter in your purse (with no pressure at all to buy)
