Terrible service
I received a cordless vacuum which had a very low suction power and shortly after being put into use it did not work at all.
I sent a complaint to pretty tech who wanted to rectify the error.
I explained that I was not satisfied with the vacuum cleaner and had lost confidence in the product.
We agreed that I would send the vacuum cleaner back and that pretty tech would cover the shipping costs once the vacuum cleaner had been received.
On July 7th, I sent the package to the address pretty tech had provided and followed the shipping instructions pretty tech had given.
November 28th I received the package again after it had not been picked up or had been refused.

I am writing to pretty tech and asking them to refund the approx. 250 Euro the vacuum cleaner had cost as well as the approx. 80 euros which the shipment has cost.
Pretty tech's answer:
Because you did not clear customs, the package was returned. We have not received your returned package.

What can I do to g’et my money back from a company who sent a product that did not work?????

Som många nedan skriver om detta bluff-företag Prettytech och skrämmande att Klarna har samarbete med detta s k företag. Att man kunde betala via Klarna gav förtroende vid inköp, men har nu tappat förtroendet även för Klarna och använder inte Klarna längre sedan 3 månader tillbaka. Lite krångligare, men går bra.

Avbokade min beställning några timmar efter ordern då jag upptäckte att det var bluff och en vecka senare fick jag besked att man nu skulle skicka ordern. Fast jag hade avbokat beställningen omgående och de påstår att de svarar inom 24-timmar...

Fick leveransen några veckor senare och produkten fungerar ej (startar inte) och har nu i flera månader försökt få svar om hur vi går vidare.

Undviker även nu produkter från Kina och har nu istället köpt en dammsugare från Samsung tillverkad i Korea.

I have no luck with vacuum cleaners AT ALL. I’ve had expensive ones and I’ve had cheap ones. I’ve only had this one a few weeks BUT let me tell you this brand is awesome! The only complaint I have is that the canister could be bigger. Reviews I saw said it works for about 30 min on a charge but it seems to work longer than that for me. I have mostly hard wood floors and a large rug in my living area and it picks up everything and the suction on it seems great. For the price you really can’t beat it. I love it. I’ve recommended it to several of my friends and family I can’t say enough about how much I love it.

Theese are scammers. A bad firm, bad product! Stay away!
Really difficult to return, pluss they told me I had to send it back on my own expence and if it was not proper cleaned they would deduct 700,-

Wish I had checked truspilot first 😔

ADVARSEL, Svindelfirma.
Ingen returadresse tilgængelig nogen steder, selvom der reklameres med 90 dages returret. Heller ikke at finde i CVR-registret.
Billigt kinaprodukt.
Er der andre, der har fået oplyst, hvortil varen kan returneres, hører jeg meget gerne om den.
