No dress and no response?
I have been trying to contact someone in regards to my order and no one is answering my calls or emails. It’s very frustrating and I still have no idea when my order will be delivered? I have now had to pay for a replacement dress as I have no idea what’s going on or when I’ll receive the one I have purchased from this company.

Although the dress did take almost 2 weeks to arrive i got exactly what i ordered and loved the dress and the design was on point and fit me perfectly but i would say the material of the dress was a-bit low quality and i did expect the material to be at least high quality as the dress was not cheap. Overall i am happy with the dress

Product never arrived, no reply when emailed.
Paid extra for the 4-7 business day option and it STILL hasn't arrived
You have my money but I have no products and I no longer want them as I needed them for last week.

Don't go near this company they are con merchants. They don't have premises it's from a house, they items don't come from UK as stated they come from over seas. It takes ages for them to arrive and if you want a refund they take £15% off you, so you don't get your full money back. I'm still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks of them receiving the prom dresses back. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL
