I recently purchased an item myself, and unfortunately there was a small problem with it, but the company could not have been more helpful in immediately agreeing to replace the item. Danbury Mint project a positive, professional image especislly online. Unfortunately this hides the fact that it sells excellent, although very expensive product, however it let itself down badly is its service. I have ordered 2 x pieces of jewellry. The first took over a month to deliver and however many times i contacted them there was a number of lame excuses. The favourite excuse is we have to allow 10 to 14 days for the Royal Mail to deliver. I contacted the Royal Mail and they claimed this is complete rubbish.
The most recent purchase is just as bad, they trotted out the same delivery excuse, allow 10 to 14 days for the Royal Mail to deliver. I again contacted the Royal Mail and they reiterated their statement that this claim was a load of rubbish and not true. Do not buy from this company, they offer an abysmal service. So far i have waited 13 days who knows when it will turn up. BEWARE !!!!

This is the second time I've bought these earrings. I lost one while sailing. I think that speaks for itself. They are really lovely and reasonably priced given they are solid gold. Great for everyday wear.
