Jane and Nichola always get orders out really quick, nothing is too much trouble for them . Clothes are always packaged nicely .
To save on postage it would be an idea if local people could perhaps go and pick up orders if there were times available to do this . That’s not a complaint though it’s just a thought .

Goods not yet received
Unfortunately I still haven’t received goods which were despatched on 7 July. (Today is 21 July). I think it would be useful to both customers & PWB if they could supply a tracking code when customers are advised items are despatched. Other independent boutiques I order from do this with Royal Mail & it gives customers the reassurance of where the goods ordered are. I’d be happy to pay a bit extra for this. One Bristol boutique (Boutique Emma) I have ordered from gives free delivery for orders £50 & over. I placed an order with them on Thursday morning the same week as I ordered with you & the parcel was delivered on the Saturday. The Meek Boutique in Tunbridge Wells gives free delivery £100 & over & I’ve had the same delivery time with them. I like your stock but i feel you need to rethink your delivery options. The tracking codes you supply when asked bear no resemblance whatsoever to the codes supplied by the two boutiques I have mentioned, so I assume you use some other form of posting with Royal Mail.

Good styles and excellent quality of clothing
I find Pretty Woman Boutique very good in relation to ease of browsing on the website, lovely clothing and their online videos are lovely to watch, whenever I am able to fit it in. The styles are really nice and delivery is excellent! I would really recommend others to go and take a look. Thank you Jane and Nicola.
