I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of customer service…
From the moment I signed up, the entire process was smooth and easy to follow. Anytime I had a question, someone got back to me quickly with a helpful answer, and I never felt like I was being rushed or treated like just another customer.
What really surprised me was that after my order arrived, the CEO actually called me personally to make sure everything had gone well. He asked about my experience, whether I had any questions, and genuinely wanted to know what they could do better. You don’t see that kind of follow-up very often, especially in healthcare.
It’s clear that the team cares a lot about the experience, not just processing orders. If this is how they treat every patient, they’re doing something right. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
