Great customer service, speed, and communication with the client

I wanted to wait to write this review until I had built the backdrop I purchased.

But before all that Austin customer service and overall service was absolutely brilliant. He is an absolute gentleman.

I built the backdrop after watching his tutorial video and it really is as simple as the video.

Very please with the graphics he printed for the frame. Will definitely be using preview display for all my graphics and artwork moving forward

We have been using Austin for all our backlit silicon edged graphics and banner wraps for years now.
a - they always fit
b - support is exemplary. One time we were building a big stand in Milan. Unfortunately when we went to fit the last backlit graphic (3.4M x 2.4M), we found that an overzealous hall cleaner had disposed of it.
So - a phone call to Austin at 3pm, a reprinting of the graphic and he had one of his team on a plane to Milan that evening so we could be ready for the show opening the next morning... We wouldn't use anyone else

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish.

I was up against a tight deadline, and the guys were really responsive and helpful; they even called me the day before my event to give me tips on setting up the frame.

Great service, lots of advice on products and how to set up. The Sego light boxes looked amazing at our event. I have used this company a number of times and always have positive things to say about them. Will be using them again I'm sure.

Austin was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and what we would need to fit our requirements. The turnaround was very first and throughout the whole process communications was great!

Our preference and go-to for all tension fabric lightboxes. Accurate on sizing every time, and new graphics for existing frames are always the perfect size. Very robust, perfect for longevity in the Exhibition Industry. Can't fault the customer service, quotes are sent very quickly after inquiry. Graphics and frames are always packaged well for delivery.

Bar far and away the best large-format printing company we've ever used. They produce many hundreds of sq/m for us a month. The print quality is always tip-top and the attention to detail and turnaround times are superb!

Built an exhibition stand using their Modular Exhibition Stand system at World Travel Market (Excel London). The stand was extremely easy and quick to build and the graphics were exceptional in colour and quality. We had many positive comments about the stand and an extremely happy customer! As well as the stand being fantastic the staff at Preview Display were really helpful and had loads of great advice. I would have given them six stars if I could.

I send them an order while they where away on holiday, so nothing happened the first couple of weeks (it’s fine they even said so on their website), but then when they came back I got a mail from them telling me that they don’t ship to Denmark and I would get my money back, and this is where the truly wonderful service comes in to play. We started mailing about if there was someone in Denmark that could help me, and they truly tried to help me with my problem, in the end they themselves offered to do it Ex-work (so I myself would pick up the item), and I don’t think that’s what they normally do, so I’m so happy I get the product from this company rather then buy the item in China and wait 5-6 weeks, here I got it after just 2-3 days.
