I am overseas so they recommended a Second Opinion Consultation. I paid $500 for the consultation. I wasted time filling out their Health & Medical History forms. I was not given an Appointment. I called and emailed and left a voicemail. I found their Office to be unorganized and unresponsive. Because of the delays I asked for a $100 partial refund. Instead they cancelled me as a client but did refund my $500.
