Quality not good enough.
Bought the ottoman tshirt from Flannels. Oversized, decent fit.
Washed it once and it shrank to smaller than a size medium.
Fabric must not have been pre shrunk or professionally tested prior to production.
Real shame to allow poor quality product and lack of technical processes to damage customer experience and brand reputation.

Scammers. They never sent my order, took my money but never replied to any emails when I was trying to chase them about why my order hasn't been shipped. Now the website is down and they are totally uncontactable. Avoid at all costs

Sent back an order of 2 pairs of shoes 3 weeks ago, royal mail confirmed it was delivered back to them 3 weeks ago, chased them by email 5 times and still haven’t had any response, chased them on Instagram a week ago, they said they processed refund, to be fair they took a screen shot and sent it to me, but still no refund or email confirming. Chased them twice on Instagram in the last week and no response.

Have a fair few bits of Prevu clothing, from trainers, to T-shirts and joggers, love them all and great fit still considering I’m tall. I always order a size up and their large fits me perfectly for joggers and T-shirts, quality is good and washes well, just wish they had free returns as hesitant to order stuff I’m not sure about.

Used this brand for a number of years and always been extremely pleased with the quality. Recent purchase highlighted an equally high quality customer service, as they expedited an exchange and we’re a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

Clothing quality is getting worse, sizes are terrible buy a L in one top in another a different colour vastly different. Customer service is next to zero ability, Jake Hall owner prefers to pose and go on about is styled instead of sorting out the issues with his business. All in all I would never buy anything else from Prevu, poor quality and poor service.

Terrible delivery service and follow up. Order 4 items at over £250 and one hasn’t arrived. Really slow customer service so i don’t know what to do. Klarna have stopped my payment demand but that won’t last for long. I actually want to return /swap the items but darent in case the 4th item never turns up and i get charged.

Excellent quality and great to see a large portion of their collection is made in the U.K.

Is expensive but often have good sales.

First order took a while to arrive, but following two orders were very fast!

Great range of styles and products and personally if your looking for smart casual or informal formal attire look no further than Prevu Studio, great content and information on there website I would advise sizing up unless it's a regular fit then stay true to size, made order Friday and it arrived Monday, placed order Monday and its due to arrive today. Theres loads of brands similar to Prevu but I still keep coming back to Prevu for the quality and class of there products. Other similar brands which are also highly recommended would be Arne Clothing , Belier, and Novu collection all with different price points.
