Will never ever use again
I made an order, money accepted... Including large shipping fee .... Waiting and waiting days on days..... To then only find that via my card, my money had been refunded and a subsequent mail to say it had been refunded. I had to reply and ask why my order has been cancelled to the reply that they were short staffed due to holidays and just cancelled the order as a result (nothing about maybe asking if I was prepared to wait a other few days!!!). Very disappointed and will never use again. It was a first time but I will never use again.
The date btw is rough. It was mid September but experience was so bad that I would not be bothered going back and looking for an exact date for someone I will never use again
