Good, no hassle, on-line shopping experience.
The item, an iPad, arrived on schedule, which was also earlier than anyone else could deliver at the time. It was well packaged. It had a continental plug power supply with it, but many items do these days, just used a uk adapter and all ok.

Terrible service
Terrible service, inexistent!
I bought AirPods on Thursday the 30th of December and no information about dispatch, I just received a message confirm my purchase, obviously the money was taken and nothing so far.
I tried to call them, sent a message on WhatsApp, sent an email and no answer.
Also I read all the comments on Trustpilot and when they answer is the same message for everyone, COPY and PASTE, it’s terrible, even they don’t take time to answer to our complaints. I just remind something is the company exist is just because have a customer, without customer is no company, if they still didn’t understand that they have to learn first about the business and come when they ready to satisfy the client!
