We supplied your order exactly as described and exactly as advertised. The items you are referring to were Best Before dated products, not expired or unsafe products, and the dates were clearly displayed on our website before purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to read what they are purchasing, just as it is our responsibility to display that information clearly, which we did.
Your order was delivered promptly. You received the goods you selected at the prices you agreed to pay. We responded to your messages extremely quickly and offered fair resolutions throughout, including a return for a refund and a goodwill store credit. You chose not to take either option.
We also remained professional at all times, even when the conversation involved repeated accusations, insults, and attempts to pressure us with the threat of negative reviews. We will not accept inaccurate claims or be blackmailed when we have fulfilled an order exactly as promised and advertised.
If this level of transparency, speed of service, and willingness to resolve matters fairly results in a 1-star review, then we look forward to more, because we will continue to run our business honestly and stand by what we sell.
PS: To anyone reading this, please don’t be like Mr B in 2026. Read product descriptions, understand what you’re buying, and engage fairly if you need support.
