Total scam, keep clear.

Ordered a washing machine never came , asked for a refund, nothing!! Total fraud, lost my money, keep away from them

Ordered an ninja air fryer on a black friday deal. Had confirmation email.i than emailed asking when it will be delivered and the reply was that the courier company would contact me, since then nothing, no reply to my next 5 emails. Avoid these scammers at all costs 😡

Ordered a fridge freezer on 5 November. Almost 3 weeks later it hasn't arrived. No reply from the contact email address and neither phone number (both mobiles) works. Looks like a scam. Thankfully I paid by credit card so at least I should get the money back but what a PITA and no fridge which I desperately need!!! Avoid avoid avoid.

Watch out this is a scam website I have ordered a air fryer for 20 days not not the item has ever turned up their website provided phone number doesn’t exist.

SCAM!!. Ordered a fridge freezer in September they took the money and nothings arrived no reply from the company at all now they blocked my Email there contact numbers don't work no fridge in site and no refund. Stay clear

This company is a scam and doesn’t exist. I also ordered a fridge freezer and received random emails saying it was going to be delivered but it never arrived. I contacted my bank today and luckily have received a full reimbursement. Don’t order!

Awful experience, really upsetting to have wasted money on this scam.
Ordered a fridge 3 weeks ago, they kept changing the delivery date and offered a 20% discount - then went completely silent. No fridge, no discount and no money. Awful people.

Scam, air fryer doesn't arrive. They don't respond anymore. There's a guy called Derek who answers some questions before you place the order. Once you paid they vanish.

still not arrived after constant emails and the tracking reference has never moved. I ordered on 7.11.23
I cancelled the next day which they did get in touch as I thought it was a dodgy site, They did reply so then I thought they must be ok and continued with my order, should have trusted my instinct.no reply since and no air-fryer the delivery tracking doesn't exist and no reply from them either. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

I ordered a Fridge Freezer and a washing machine on the 7th November. Received a confirmation email and a email from delivery company with a delivery date. However since then I have emailed both, phoned both number, sent messages on the website. But have heard nothing. neither of the phones are working.
the prices of the items was no cheaper than any other sites. The only attraction was free delivery and free disposal of old appliances.

Do not buy you get nothing even when you ask for a refund

Scam. Went to order a fridge~freezer and it took us to another page saying ‘we’ll send an invoice now’ which I’ve never seen before so alarm bells. Thank God for trust pilot as the reviews confirm my hunch! Money is tight after just buying a new house so this seemed like an amazing deal and the website looked kosher. Luckily The invoice didn’t take our money so seems they are on the run now with all the reports below as we weren’t charged. By the skin of our teeth we saved £200!

SCAM.. I ordered an airfryer from this site, unfortunately I did not read the reviews first. Lesson learned. I have informed my bank so hopefully this will be resolved soon. If there was ZERO stars that's what they would get!!

I found a Ninja Air fryer on the site. Looks a very genuine site and the price was fair. Ordered and paid as requested. Given a delivery of 19/11/23. No delivery or update. Emailed firm, delivery confirmed for today. Again no delivery.
Two phone numbers given, one is unobtainable the other is unanswered.
This is a Scam site. It must be shut down don’t even consider trading with them.
I have been on to the government scam website to report this site. They promise to investigate.

This site is a scam. Their phone numbers are not live. I have paid for a washing machine and have never received. I have reported them to by bank. Judging by reviews below why have Google not taken them off their site. Anyone know how to report to Google?
