First time buying from Pride and Pinion and was a good experience. Mark always answered any message swiftly with information about the watch when I enquired and when I went to visit the shop always seems genuine with no pressure to buy. Despite it being far from one of the more expensive models he still gave me as much time as was needed to make a decision and was very knowledgeable about the product which always gives me a sense of confidence as well. On finding out that the fabric strap was no longer in the box he also promised to send me out a replacement one which I though was a nice touch as it gives me a chance to dress the watch differently without having to lay out more money after what is a very big purchase for me. Dara and Emily were incredible responsive and helpful, which was really important to me as a first-time seller (particularly as I was a bit nervous about the process/send valuable items), and put my mind at rest. On top of this, Pride & Pinion also offered a fair price for my watch.

Going through the process of selling my Rolex was a stressful process with getting lots of quotes and offers but that stress went away when I contacted Pride and Pinion.

I recently bought a watch via P&P and from start to finish, nothing but impressed.

They were very informative surrounding the timepiece I was considering.

In addition, their follow up customer service was top notch, especially given this was an overseas shipment, dealing with customs, etc.
