Phw experience

I am reading all these reviews and I myself am very happy I chose Pride home warranty as a provider around 2 years ago. So far they fixed my toilet, they had a plumber come out next day and what was great is they didnt make any mess. When my disposal was leaking, they fixed it the same day. I have also had pleasent experience when my fridge needed a motor. Pride home warranty got that fixed within 2 days. Recently, my ac was not cooling. PHW treated it as an emergency claim and fixed it the same day. The tech was very savvy and clean work. In the end they did save me alot of money and hassle. I WOULD TOTALLY RECOMMEND PRIDE HOME WARRANTY. I had nothing but positive experience with PHW. 5 stars across the board. Thanks for everything and keep up the great work.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Terrible business tactics. I bought the home warranty, Nov. 2018..I called in May made a claim, no one every came and they told me I had to find my own contractor to repair our pump. The contractor said that the pump was at the end of it's life cycle and we needed a new one. They denied our claim saying that because the pump is old they wont cover it. What it the point of a home warranty then? (No where in my contract does it say something is not covered because it is older) The pump was only a few months old but the contractor did not want to pull it out and check so just made up a year. Pride Home said that if we pull the pump out and sent them the model # and date they would resubmit the claim. We did that and called and called no one would call us back and when we final got a hold of them they said they couldn't resubmit the claim. We asked to speak with a manger and they hung up on us. It has been almost a month of them giving us the run around, not calling us back and making up excuses, and still no results. They seem to make up excuses for any repair claim you do so they don't pay for anything. At this point I just would just like to have them refund the money I spent to get the home warranty and never deal with them again.

We just started with Pride Home…

We just started with Pride Home Warranty but its high customer satisfaction rating and very fair pricing convinced us to give them a try. Hoping we won't have a need to use their service but it's reassuring to know that if we do, their reputation will help us resolve any problems.

We switched to you from American Home…

We switched to you from American Home Shield after having to threaten a lawsuit to get adequate compensation for a blown up water heater. THeir offer after sending out two subpar technicians whom we rejected. Each wanted about $3000 to replace the heater plus a bunch of non-essentials. Their offer....$900. Not even the price of a new heater let alone the labor. We found a very qualified, honest installer who did a great job for 1/2 the price. AHS finally made up the difference then cancelled us.
