Pleasant experience that delivered well

Accurate and intuitive website. The discount page is front and center. Lots of options on the discount page. Order system was good and created no pain points for the buyer. Shipping took a few days, about 3 business days, from order but felt reasonable. Shipping was fine. UPS express to me so came in the post. Ships from Las Vegas.

Bad quality at high prices

Well first off the prices are to high. Then after spending about 150 dollars they still charge for shipping. Once I received the pouches, I open the containers and the pouches are torn open. Not just in one can but in most of them I opened. So not only am I unhappy with the price of the products here but I'm not even able to use the product that I overpaid for.

I have been charged but never received…

I was charged but never received my order. It’s been sitting for over a week now now but hasn’t shipped. Customer service is responsive and working to resolve the issue. Will update review depending on how things turn out.

It shipped two hours after I ordered…

It shipped two hours after I ordered the other company I was using stopped servicing my state and they were not that fast so we will see i hope you restock the velo 4 dragon fruit soon

Still waiting for shipment

Still waiting for shipment. Tracking only says “taking longer than expected “. No update. No idea where it’s at. Took an afternoon off from work because tracking notice gave a specific time frame for delivery last week. Blew that half day off for nothing. Didn’t get the lousy “updated” notice until next day. Made this order 2 weeks ago, wasted a 1/2 day PTO, and still no idea when will arrive.
