very bad expierence with this insurance company i had an accident i file my accident claim to the company they offer me to be repair my car from there workshop i as wrong that i accepted there offer . they send me there workshop partner they wasted my two month by saying we will contact you after ten days like this they wasted two month finally after two month they repair my car and when i check the car the paint work they done was like having lot of dust particles in the colour after that i contacted the company by call they said send us mail i mail them but there is no reply i mail them again no reply then i call them they said we had forward your problem to workshop afterwards its one week passed but there is no reply from them.
pessima esperienza con questa compagnia assicurativa, ho avuto un incidente, ho presentato la mia richiesta di risarcimento alla compagnia, mi hanno offerto di riparare la mia auto da lì, ho sbagliato ad accettare l'offerta. mi hanno mandato lì socio dell'officina hanno sprecato i miei due mesi dicendo che ti contatteremo dopo dieci giorni in questo modo hanno sprecato due mesi finalmente dopo due mesi hanno riparato la mia macchina e quando ho controllato l'auto il lavoro di verniciatura che hanno fatto è stato come avere un sacco di particelle di polvere nel colore dopo di che ho contattato l'azienda per chiamata mi hanno detto di inviarci un'e-mail gli ho spedito ma non ho ricevuto risposta li ho spediti di nuovo senza risposta poi li ho chiamati hanno detto che avevamo inoltrato il tuo problema all'officina dopo è passata una settimana ma non c'è risposta da parte loro.
