the whole process has been quite a pain. The sizings are very different and to have purchased from a company that makes it quite difficult to return is not the best solution. I ended up going to a traditional bra retailer and then may buy directly but honestly it was the same price so not much point

At the moment, we unfortunately do not offer a domestic returns solution for our UK customers, which can make the process less convenient than we would like.

Trustpilot doesn’t let me edit nor respond to my earlier review. I complained about not having received my package. Primadonna people have gone out of their way to track it and to keep me informed. Turns out it’s been held at US customs for a week already! Thank you Primadonna for your prompt response and help. I love this brand! Never have been disappointed before. I have several Primadonna bras and all are beautiful and comfortable.

Item not received
Item not received. UPS said that shipper (in Belgium) filled out paperwork incorrectly, and they would work on resolution. Now, after item has been in Philadelphia for over a week, the package is listed as lost. Primadonna said that if the item is not delivered by the end of this week, they will follow up and provide a resolution.

UPS delivery setup disappoints
Unfortunately UPS gave a window of “will be with you by the end of the day” which was not very helpful as we did have to go out and of course that’s when the parcel arrived!! Next day went to pick it up at Go Outdoors and no one seemed to know what was going on but eventually found someone who did. Have to say my bra and pants fit very well so all was not lost!

Soooo comfortable . I used to order in PRimadonna since they have so many size to choose from and luckily i have my size "as a voloptous curvy" size of women it so rare to find my size, just to give you a trick you can size down if you think the cup is too big and size up if too small and tha'ts it! Just a little slight delay in delivery expected to received on January 23 but arrived on 26th . But for me its totally fine as long as i received my order with np issue at all .
