Super impressed with this service, the delivery guys took their shoes of each time they went in and out the house, they unpacked it and assembled it where I wanted it and showed how the sofa bed went in and out. I ordered early hours Monday morning and it was delivered Tuesday night. Original delivery time was 5pm-7pm but arrived at 7.30pm, however I was updated of this throughout due to traffic delays.

Sofa is the best I’ve had. Delivery came early but with plenty of notice. Drivers got it upstairs to my living room and set it up for me. Very comfortable but firm sofa will 100% recommend to anyone.

Great experience, delivery guys was on point

They are providing sofas that are poor quality and are not fit for purpose. We reported over 2 months ago and the company failed to urgently sort this problem. After arguing with them and explaining that they needed to sort our sofa out as it came with 1 year warranty they decided they would replace the bottom cushions. The replacement foam had collapsed within a week of having it so when my partner had complained about this matter again they failed to listen and refused to do anything about it to help and had put the phone down on my partner and are now in contactable and have left us with a very poor quality sofa that they charged us a lot of money for. This is a very poor and dodgy company, please don’t buy anything from this store as they’ll most likely screw anyone over and will sell you very poor quality stuff and are willing to take peoples well hard earned money. Very very dodgy unprofessional company!!!!!!!

AVOID! Sofa won't last 6 month. Constant back and fourth trying to get it sorted as the foam collapsed. Just plays the "you've nearly had it 1 year card and there's no much he can do"! (Paying nearly 1k for a sofa you'd expected the foam to last more than 6 month/week) Selling a product that simply aren't fit for purpose! After 2 months of me constantly chasing for it and the guy coming to my house and telling me they will tell the manufacturer to put a harder foam in and once this was finally delivered 2 month later they collapsed within a week! Now he's claiming if I wanted the firmer foam I should of said and will have to pay for it... He's rude and arrogant on the phone and talks over you constantly and then claims you are the rude one out of shear frustration when he's not listening and puts the phone down on you!
Update to reply. Sofa was delivered in January 2023 to an empty house and left for 3 month (believe me or not it's facts ). There was no inspection what so ever, simply came to my house and took the cushion covers which was in immaculate condition along with the rest of the sofa so the inadequate care is just lies. In terms of paying for a firmer cushion (which was said you would tell the manufacturer to do when you came) , why would I do that when the first one lasted 6 month and the ones replaced was not the same and lasted exactly 6 days before reported again. This first started in October when reported and it's dragged out this long with multiple false promises of delivery and constant chasing for updates.
If people think this how long a sofa should last then go a head and buy!

Great service was delivered in 2 days, just before Christmas couldn't believe it, kept me updated through the day with the delivery time aswell, quality of sofa bed is really good and certainly the cheapest around as was looking for a particular sofa these had it and a few hundred cheaper than any where else, highly recommend these guys

Beautiful sofa! I'm so happy with it. Customer service was amazing from the start. Helped me every step of the way and kept me informed. Guys were late coming on the day but they kept me posted all day and it wasn't through any fault of there own. I'm so so happy!

Great service from start to finish, sofa itself was cheaper than we found anywhere else so we decided to buy and it was delivered within a week also the delivery drivers was was nice guys and called us with regular updates and still managed to get to us even tho they was stuck in long traffic on dreaded M25. Great service all round would highly recommend!

Delivery person called as stated beforehand to say when they arrive. They left to the sofa in middle of room. Not impressed with delivery service and attitude was a bit rude. But would order from gem again in future

Purchased the Bishop U Shaped sofa in Marine. Beautiful sofa and unpacked and arranged in the room by the delivery team. Delivery team were courteous and helpful and I would not hesitate in recommending Primal Furnishings to family and friends.
