Primal, like other sites that offer OTC meds. Very slick, Please read What they write about ordering their products very close, other wise you'll end up purchasing more than you intended to, and when you try to get your money back they play a game of stalling. They word it so its real easy to get taken.

I would NEVER order anything that has a 30something model claiming to be in her 50's. Total crap!

I ordered a hair growth supplement only one time. Somehow it got posted as auto send every 2 months. It was charged again on my credit card. I emailed and called them about this. Telling them I had cancer, only on SS and said I only ordered 1 order. Why would I do repeat purchases if I had no clue how or if they worked? They apologized and said they would stop all future shipments. 3days ago another shipment for $55 was being sent to me. Again I had to return to sender. They said I needed to put order # on bag. I asked for it twice as I couldn't find it online. BEWARE as I think they just expect you to give up and keep order. After 2 attempts of cancelling this, I feel this might happen over and over. This has been going on for 6 months. Im done!!!!

they have over billed me 77 euros and then when I couldn't get a refund or any help from their customer service dept i decided to write this review so other people wouldn't make the mistake of subscribing to them. they do not remind you of upcoming shipments and they make it very hard to login to your account. the first three months it was fine but then after that i noticed many issues like no code sent, no response and just kept billing me more and more and no product either. Just don't trust they way they handle their business. So many of need this product because of severe illness so its very sad indeed they act so cold hearted and still do not have product or my money back

Total scam. They will keep charging you even if you have only done a one time order. No warning email/text before hand, no product arrived just charging me (months after the one time order). Do not order from these scammers.

Products seem to be good, although who really knows. Communication and customer service is abysmal. They send subscriptions with no warning, charge credit cards and keep bankers' hours so you can't reach them. Then their chat personnel are non-responsive.

Caveat Emptor. I could SWEAR I canceled my subscription months ago. All of a sudden, I got an email saying that "my order is on the way". WHAT? So I went into my online account and got the option to cancel. I ALREADY DID THAT. So now I'll be stuck with more expensive product that doesn't work as advertised.

I have been taking a Primal Harvest supplement for memory for a few years. I stopped it for a couple of months last year because I didn't think it was helping. I didn't realize how much it was helping until I stopped it. I had to think about how to start my car and use the washing machine. The customer service is excellent. A real person answers the phone and emails are answered promptly. I would recommend Primal Harvest to anyone looking for good quality vitamins and supplements. Susan S. from Oak Island, NC
