I went to Bluewaters Shopping Centre
I went to Bluewaters Shopping Centre, Primark today. We love shopping there as the clothes and homeware are just so good.
However, the staff are so few on the tills, even when both queues are out the door. We noticed floating staff doing something just not on the tills. Only 3 then 2 were on each side that contains at least 8 tills. This is not good business sense. Then one assistant had to put stuff away so left her till!
What is going on? Do you want customers to buy things or not? What happened to customers are right? Please fill your tills when queues are long. You always used to be more respectful. What happened? It’s about priorities and customer service should be at the top. Really disappointed Primark.
